    Ive been getting coffee ☕️ in the morning at the Bluelakes Twin Falls location for a few months now. And its been a very good experience. The employees there have been very kind and helpful. And I will say its the best place to get coffee. Thank you all for making my stop the best... Todd Reeves

    What a delightful drive through!! Our family dropped by and purchased 5 big drinks after spending time at Shoshone Falls to the first time. We all needed a pick me up. The order taker was patient with us as e chose what was needed. Disney music was playing to entertain while you waited and the checkout clerk was careful to double check to make sure we got what was ordered as they were very busy!! My family had not experienced Dutch Bros before but I had. They were very impressed with the selections they made. Thanks for making the day memorable for my family!!

    The employee with curly hair gotee, and a beanie was extremely unprofessional and acted like he had no idea what he was doing. He was moving around behind the counter with no sense of urgency or organization, which resulted in our drinks being made incorrectly multiple times. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistakes, he rushed through our order and then had the audacity to mock and complain when I asked for a receipt, acting like remaking the drinks was somehow our fault. His attitude was rude, immature, and completely unacceptable for someone working with customers. The entire experience was frustrating and could have been avoided if he had simply slowed down, paid attention, and done his job properly. If you don’t like your job quit simple as that.
