- JJJake JesserMay 7, 20261.0Got blizzards and they were more like milkshakes. When I called to let them know that the ice cream machine may be on the fritz, I got yelled at and questioned. Mind you I wasn’t asking for anything but just calling to give them a heads up. When you can pour it out and drink it there’s a problem. I live about 1 mile from there so it wasn’t the drive that melted it. Horrible customer service!!!

Waited another 20 minutes for them to prepare the food. Once I got my food, I realized I didn't get what I had ordered! No napkins in the sack either. Terrible experience! I will not be back.
