I noticed an employee entered both restrooms to monitor cleanliness about every 15 minutes during the Lunch Rush!

We left headed back to Boise and our fries smelled extremely bad like urine...I called and tried to find out what this was and first Natalie told me the fries were fine, and advised Caleb was the higher up to speak with. I was then told by Caleb Putnam that a refund could not be processed at this time and I was given the steps to attempt and resolve my issue on Monday, versus them trying to take accountability. This was a horrible experience and I feel this is a health hazard after learning others complain about this exact location, the lack of cleanliness and smell and yet this location acts like you are crazy... Worse Chic Fil A experience ever! Lesson learned.

The manager Caleb stated he tried and smelt them himself and no issues and said he is unable to resolve anything about this until Monday. After reading many of the same reviews online, this location definitely needs a health inspection! 🤮
