  The worst food and service I have had in a very long time, the elderly lady at the window seemed so bothered by me getting a gyro sandwich, ( which was horrible ). Not friendly at all. I sure miss good day food n friendly service. There are so many jobs around twin falls , if you don't enjoy where you work, get another job. Have a beautiful day..

  Drive thru older lady was kinda rude. Not sure if it was just tone or bad day but not nice at all. She just kinda seemed over it all and kept rushing me, acting like my order was for a football team. 3 kid meals and 2 adults isnt that much. Im not a big arbys fan but food was okay. Not for us in the future.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE TONIGHT! ABSOLUTELY NO ONE IS IN THE RESTAURANT!!! I WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES FOR A DOORDASH ORDER.... These people need to hurry it up with doordash deliveries this is ridiculous.

  I am a DoorDash driver. I went to pick up the order and they automatically assumed I was a DoorDash. That’s not very customer service like they didn’t confirm the order with me. They just came up and said that they don’t have a certain item didn’t give me a chance to say anything before they walked off very unprofessional customer service customer asked for extra mozzarella sticks and I don’t even know if the girl even made any or what she did

  Food was good, service was good (they forgot my fries so I had to go back but it was only a small inconvenience) the place was clean.
