I showed up to this location at 7:15, put my order in at 7:30 and got my food at 8:20. Typically when you go to fast food restaurants it might be a little longer or shorter to go inside, however it shouldn’t take 40-50 minutes to get my food. When I finally got my food my nacho fries were cold. I didn’t receive my drinks until my order came out and couldn’t fill them because my hands were full at that point.

This is by far our favorite taco bell! Food is always top-notch and the customer service is top tier. Aaron (not sure if hes a manager or if I'm spelling his name right) is so friendly and helpful everytime we come in. You can say we are regulars now since we live right around the corner. The food is great but Aaron is why we keep coming in! Keep up the great job!

Waited 30 mins and never got food - left without food or refund. Saturday 8/1 around 6:30 pm went to this location with no one in the drive thru line but almost a full parking lot. Ordered our food and waited until the manager came out and asked us if we had just been there to pick up an order which confused us. Told us to pull around and he would bring our order out (even though there was no one in line). Waited 5 minutes then decided to just wait inside since there were no more parking spots. Come to find out multiple people were just waiting in there cars because the workers were moving slow and could tell just wanted to socialize with each other. Guy handling drive through initially was wearing a beanie in 103 degree weather and started talking trash to a young family’s kid because his manager gave them their fountain cups and then Mr. beanie made the drinks himself 10 minutes later because obviously they’re not talking to each other. He then threatened to throw the drinks on his dad’s truck who was also in the restaurant (kids were in middle school). After 30 minutes of waiting and watching these buffoons fumble around we decided to leave and not cause a scene since it’s a new Taco Bell and workers seemed annoyed already.

Honestly the worst, why can’t people just work at jobs they love and do a good job. It’s not the customers fault if they hate their job. First off the guy that took my order had a really bad attitude, when he asked me to order I told him there was an item showing up on the screen that wasn’t mine, he proceeded to say “Yeah I know, what do you want order” I was like okayyyy that was rude. I proceeded to order all my food and went straight to the window, I saw the guy that took my order he looked like he didn’t want to be there and had a mad face. They took awhile to give me my food, which was fine to me because I figured it was because they were making the food. But when I got home look at my pictures. First off the bean and cheese burrito I ordered was so tiny it fit in my small son’s hand. And why in the world would I order a bean and cheese burrito without beans!!!! I opened the burrito to just see cheese and sauce. I said no onions not no beans! Then look at my taco, it barely had any meat, it was the size of my finger the amount of meat they put in it. Honestly management needs to do a better job. Please keep your employees happy so the customers don’t have to suffer.
