Burger and fries both cold and very dry burger. Employees are almost impossible to get their attention their to busy gossiping in the back and some male employee was back their trying to sing and doing a bunch of yelling.

Worst McDonald’s of all McDonald’s. I’ve been here about 6 times and every single time it is horrible. The fries are NEVER hot, always cold. Do they even have a fryer in the kitchen? The entire place is run by incompetent employees. You should eat here if you want to get sick and vomit or have diarrhea!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize an exceptional young man, Levie, (I hope I have his name correct) who works at your Star, Idaho location. I have seen him working during extremely busy and overwhelming times, and I am always impressed by his attitude. He is incredibly polite, hardworking, respectful, and consistently maintains such a positive attitude, even when things are hectic. He treats customers with genuine kindness and makes an effort to leave people feeling good after interacting with him. One thing that has especially stood out to me is that he sometimes says, “God bless you” to customers. It is such a simple gesture, but it says a lot about the kind of young man he is. Young people like him deserve to know that their hard work and character are noticed. In a world where people are often quick to complain, I wanted to make sure someone took the time to recognize him and let you know what a wonderful employee you have. Please make sure he knows that his kindness, work ethic, and positive attitude do not go unnoticed. He is truly an asset to your restaurant, and I hope he knows how special those qualities are.
