And past experiences management is ruder than the employees. It’s pretty bad when a McDonald’s gets multiple negative reviews.

What is the problem with workers here - they are so much slower than Seattle and Los Angeles McDonald's and generally disappointing and less competent. Please do better for the next customer. I look forward to writing a long complaint asking for employee replacement with someone better! 0/10
- CBCody BakerJun 11, 20261.0The only thing that was ok here was the food. The service was horrible. This is the only McDonald's I have been to where the workers seemed inconvenienced by us, as customers. I would not recommend this McDonald's location to anyone.

I went in to let them know about my missing food and they were nice about it but they were all standing around laughing and talking with a big line in the drive thru. Honestly I didn’t see anyone over the age of maybe 19 working in there

Took them 5 minutes to take my order(I was the only one in line) and took 10 or so minutes to give me my drink(no self serve fountains like you would want at a fast food restaurant). Should have taken far less. Sad to see a new location drop the ball on something simple
