  I waited 25 minutes from ordering to get my food when I got my food my fries were cold. Barely luke warm. I am so pissed off I will never go back there again ever. I would rather drive to downtown eagle to get McDonald's 😡😡

  Absolute nightmare of a McDonalds. Waited while 3 vehicles got their orders taken before ours. Then our order was given away to another customer. As I waited about 10mins at the window i was told to move up to….4-5 other customers got their orders before we were told our food was given to another vehicle. I was given a refund. However our food was still wrong and at this point to flustered to even deal with it. The “Manager” Kaitlyn or Caitlin definitely doesn’t have the knowledge or courtesy to manage anything….do not go to this location. Also several other patrons in lobby waiting for wrong orders etc. we couldn’t believe what we were seeing.

  Double check your order from here because it's basically guaranteed that they will forget something. The food itself is fine when they remember it but I've had up to half of my entire order left out and you can forget about getting any sauce for nuggets because they will straight up never include it. Very disappointing for an already low expectation chain.

  30 minute wait for breakfast. Lukewarm coffee, cold McMuffins, cold hash browns. This is not the most efficient McDonalds I have ever visited. And, not the first time for so-so service. It's going to be awhile if I come back at all.

  I have been coming here to meet with two different men that I mentor. It is conveniently located as I live in Star. This location is also clean and usually quiet enough for conversation. I only buy the coffee, which is surprisingly good and very reasonable, especially when compared with coffee shops. My problem is that, despite using the app to order well in advance, either the coffee takes a long time to come out, or the order is not completed all together. This has happened three out of the five times I’ve ordered. I don’t know what the problem is. Maybe something wrong with their online ordering technology, maybe since I’m not ordering food they ignore my order, though the staff are nice enough. Frustrating, though.
