  Good food but had to finally ask when it would be done after waiting 45 mins. Was done and sitting on top of oven and I was sitting right next to counter.

  When we went in ordered was okay . When asked to repeat the order the lady just looked at me and said "sSo that's it " and than Is that all you want " as looking around only one of them is wearing gloves and the one had one glove that was putting the sauce on the pizza , than touched the pizza with the ungloved hand.!!!!!! LIKE REALLY WHAT THE HELL.

  I've been eating here for two years and since April, every Friday. I've noticed a decline in all areas; food, service, atmosphere. Tonight was the worst yet: pizza quality declined staff is unfamiliar with the menu staff does not greet or smile the place is in disarray/dirty I have yet to see anyone washing their hands and finally, why do you no longer supply cups at the soda machine? I've been in business my entire life and have learned that the manager is only as good as their employees.

  Pizza has always been great. Sadly, the service has gone downhill over the past few weeks. The last 3 times in a row (we come every Friday) there have been no cups out, the food takes forever to come out, the floor is covered in trash, and we rarely get a smile or accurate plate # from the girl(s) bringing us our pizza. This week in particular was the worst yet. We watched the delivery driver (we've never seen him before) come in from a delivery and go straight to the pizza making station (no hand washing...). He had a wrist brace on and took it off, out it in his pocket, and immediately began spreading cheese on a pizza. Again, no hand washing at all. We will be taking our Friday night dinners elsewhere for a while. Hopefully they can get back on track because we will definitely miss the pizza.
