This is my first time coming here in a decade or so. We came in from out of state and this place was recommended, again, as a "must go!" I love how it seems nothing has changed. Except there are plenty more options to order.
It feels like a hometown pizzareia where everyone from the owner down to the newest employee is glad to be there and happy to help! We wish this place was closer to home. We'd eat here regularly.
We had a family gathering so many half and half pizzas were made to order and it was hard to choose which one was best. But my actual favorite were the bread sticks and sauces. I maybe could have filled up on that alone because they were so good... but I chose to also enjoy a variety of delicious pizza. Many family members repeated over and over how the crust was exceptional.
Go and eat here!!

Love the pizza! Been going since the 90s. Very nostalgic. The space could use some cleaning and sprucing up eventually.

We have been coming to this location for years and always liked the pizza, and never had any complaints. I recently popped in to get a pizza to go and I not only had a surprisingly pleasant and engaging chat with the fellow working there, but it was easily the best pizza I've ever had out of this store. I was honestly so impressed it prompted me to write a review, especially combined with the nice staff experience. Given all the shrinkflation and declining food quality in a lot of places, this Pizza Factory location really stands out to me as being a good value on top of a pleasant atmosphere. I will be swinging by more often, I love a great food spot.

Our family has been making the trip to this Pizza Factory since 2007 when our oldest daughter was 10 years old. Its been one of our favorite places to stop for years; we’ve even made it a yearly family boating tradition up the St. Joe River with our kids, so we've seen it through many different seasons.
We had heard it was under new management, so we decided to stop in and see how things were going for ourselves. One of the first things we noticed was how much cleaner and more organized the restaurant looked. It was obvious that a lot of time and effort had gone into the restaurant, and it felt very welcoming.
The food tasted just like we remembered, and the staff was friendly and working hard. You could tell there were some newer employees, but they were polite, attentive, and doing their best. They were also very young and for some, this was their first job.
While we were eating and visiting, there was customer who was waiting for their pizza and yelling at a young girl. There was zero kindness or understanding in any way. Kindness goes a long way. Remembering even the most skilled people make mistakes and that we all started somewhere. In speaking to the new managers, this was a brand new crew. It's important to know that these young employees deserve a little patience, grace and encouragement as they gain experience.
We had a wonderful visit, and it made our hearts so happy to see the new management and new crew come in and show some love to a place our family has loved for years. We’ll absolutely continue making the trip to Pizza Factory and look forward to our next visit.
Very disappointed. Called to order a delivery and was told no delivery on a Fri night. Ordered and was told would be 45 minutes and could pick it up. Stood at counter for 15 minutes be i was waited on and even talked to. By that time, it was extally 45 minutes since I had ordered, was told it would be another 15 minutes since they had never started it. 15 minutes later and still had bot started pizzas. 7 employees working and the 30 minutes I was there, 2 pizzas cooked. Canceled my order and went somewhere else. Really disappointing.
