    the food has never been an issue but the service needs some work. despite ordering online, it still takes 15+ minutes after your order time to receive food (in total waited over 30 minutes). i think this is purely bc they don't have enough staff which isn't their fault but it makes it hard to come here for lunch

    Recently Dairy Queen added my favorite limited time menu item the sauced and raise parmesan garlic chicken. Ever since they have been added to the menu it doesn’t matter what time I go in for lunch or dinner they want to tell me they are out every single time

    The spicy chicken sandwich ended up in the trash and the bacon burger was soggy and we couldn't chew the bacon. Won't be going back.

    Slow, Rude and very small servings. Was just at Rexburg DQ last week, it made me want to go again, Rigby failed 100% did not compare.

    Welp hate to say it but any self respecting fast food place would not serve this. Thanks DQ. Over-priced unimpressive food that you wait 10 min just to have someone come take your order. I've worked plenty of fast food, customers are priority number #1 aren't they? Won't be coming back, pretty bad I live a block away.
