  I ordered a Discovery Luxe Box today at the deive thru. I didnt want a hard shell loco taco, but the girl taking my order said they can substitute a soft taco for it instead. Awesome! There were some concerns and issues. When they ask you for anything, make sure you ask THEM if it is extra or included in th3 price. Sour cream? Extra. Spicy? Extra. Steak? Extra. They arent asking "would you like to make it spicy for an extra $1 per item? Or whatever the price is. It is nice to have options, just be aware options might cost extra. (And I would rather them spend an extra 1½ seconds adding the price in their question.) When I got my box, there was no soft taco. Receipt says "soft taco". The sticker receipt on the box says "soft taco". I indeed did not receive a soft taco. Just the included loco taco. That is now soggy because it has ti sit in the box until eaten (this is why I wanted a soft taco... they can keep a bit longer. I wont eat this whole box at once.) The cinnamon twists are just twists with some specks on them. They dont taste like anything. But they have a good texture to them, so that's nice. Last time I had these a while back, they were chewy. These are just without flavor. Maybe this is an easier fix. Please do. The employees are always very nice and cheery. Whoever took my payment was so nice. My voice isnt great right now, so I wasnt up for chatting, but he was great! Whoever does the hiring here, keep it up. Training needs to be better, though. You can train people to do this. It is more difficult to hire people and train a good attitude. Taco Bell strangely is one of our favorite places to go. Well. It used to be. We keep having issues with waiting, wrong orders, food not made even close to correctly. We want to see you succeed. In Rexburg, that is hard to do. Prime spot, great attitude and service, but everything else is bad. I always give up and try again maybe every 6 months. See you then.

  I went through the drive through, and ordered the 5$ box. They told me they were out of beef, so they swapped to steak for free, which was great, except they only put one single piece on each item. And if you know their steak, you know that one piece is tiny. Virtually no meat was on my taco, or in my beefy 5-layer burrito. Speaking of the taco, when ordering, I asked for a soft taco rather than a crunchy taco; as soon as I asked, they started swearing and cussing me out in the background, and I could hear the whole thing. I’ve had nothing but good experiences up until this point, but this was a big turn off. Also the guy at the window was pissed when we pulled up.

  Too flimsy of tacos... No other taco bell gives you such thin tacos. They try to upsell and one time I said extra meat and it wasn't much better who ever owns this franchise is cheap. We won't go back it happened 4 times and I love taco bell🙌

  Very fast! No matter if I’m coming with my friends or doordashing for a late night snack, they are always so fast! I wish prices wouldn’t have to go up as much but that’s everywhere no a days so can’t complain too much. The employees are always so funny! They are super busy but they always like to tell jokes and make you smile.

  I've come here a couple times, and overall it's fine, but I arrived at the store about twenty minutes before closing after a kind of rough day, hoping for a Baja blast and a quesadilla with three other friends, and as we were walking to the doors they closed the lobby and asked us to order through the drive through. We were all going to make our own small orders, not trying to do anything to big before closing. One of us was going to just order a Baja blast, that's it. All of this to say that when we went through the drive through, and stated we needed to make four orders, we were very rudely told no, that we would have to go through the drive through 4 times?? And then when one person in the car pointed out we had tried to order through the lobby, they then cursed at us. We tried to get the name of the person taking our order, but wasn't able to get it. I understand what its like working in customer service, it's rough, and not fun. But you dont cuss out a customer who hasn't done anything but want to eat food from the restaurant. I will be following up on this.
