  I haven't had a worse experience with customer service. I've given this place three tries but each time they try to overcharge not applying any deals even when I explicitly state that's what I want. The older lady that works their is very rude to customers and her coworkers. The food is worse here than any other Subway. I would suggest anyone go anywhere else for food or even starve before getting food here. I'm pretty sure the old ladies name is storm. I'd never want to work with her, for her, or order food from her ever.

  The Subway on University Boulevard in Rexburg is absolutely outstanding! Every time I visit, I’m impressed not only with the quality of the food but also with how clean and well-kept the restaurant is. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure everything is fresh, perfectly prepared, and served with a smile. The service is fast, friendly, and consistent—no matter how busy it gets, the staff always make you feel welcome and taken care of. The dining area and food prep stations are spotless, which really adds to the confidence that you’re getting a meal that’s both delicious and handled with care. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such high standards across food, service, and cleanliness, but this Subway truly delivers on all fronts. If you’re in Rexburg and want a quick, fresh meal made by people who genuinely care, this is definitely the Subway to go to!

  I've never been a fan of subway. For a place that's motto is eat fresh, it seldomly is. If you want a real sandwich in Rexburg, I would recommend Gator Jack's. Or really anywhere else...
