  We’ve had no issues with Jimmy John’s in the past but just went and half of our order was missing. In a rush so we can’t go back and get it. $10 worth of food we won’t get back. PO’d >:(

  I made an order after I got off work, hoping after I drove to the location, it would be ready. 40 minutes after my order was placed. I finally got my food. When I walked into the restaurant to ask the updates when it would be ready they seemed annoyed. I was disappointed to watch many people come through the drive-through and into the store getting their sandwiches fast serviced as I sat there waiting. There were at least three workers that were all standing around and they weren't in any sort of rush to get my sandwich done. I usually love this place, but I was sad of how this visit went.

  Jimmy John’s is the very best! The GM, Brad, is amazing and does a great job providing great food and customer service. Highly recommend all of their delicious food. The drive thru is clutch!

  The food was absolutely delicious, they were really nice, patient, relatable, responsible, best sandwich I’ve had in a minute
