    My biggest issue with jimmy johns never have fresh lettuce I end up with old nasty lettuce and also the toppings I ask for never get added which makes me angry ad no one says hello just hands their sandwich jimmy was never like this do better half my sandwich is only filled sometimes

    Really good got a Country Club sandwich (I think it was) and a Sprite I loved the sandwich although the Sprite tastes slightly watered down

    The Jimmy John’s Beach Club has always been our “go to” sandwich for a tasty, fresh experience. Jimmy John’s has consistently served us wonderful Beach Clubs for years. Unfortunately, after as many times as we’ve been there an unpleasant experience was bound to happen. We sent our typical order in on the app, but when delivered we discovered two sandwiches– no mayo (like we ordered), a pool of oil, no avocado, and burnt edges on the bread. One thing is for sure— these were NOT beach clubs. Did we get someone else’s vegetarian food? I don’t know, but the sandwiches were nasty both visually and taste wise. Interestingly, they got the rest of the order correct (drink, brownie, chips, etc.). Please check your orders more closely before sending them out the door. You’re better than this.

    We’ve had no issues with Jimmy John’s in the past but just went and half of our order was missing. In a rush so we can’t go back and get it. $10 worth of food we won’t get back. PO’d >:(

    I made an order after I got off work, hoping after I drove to the location, it would be ready. 40 minutes after my order was placed. I finally got my food. When I walked into the restaurant to ask the updates when it would be ready they seemed annoyed. I was disappointed to watch many people come through the drive-through and into the store getting their sandwiches fast serviced as I sat there waiting. There were at least three workers that were all standing around and they weren't in any sort of rush to get my sandwich done. I usually love this place, but I was sad of how this visit went.
