The pretzel is burnt, and they looked at it, and still put it in the bag. It's kinda gross. And the blenders sat there for a good five minutes while the other two employees did some other random thing with the fruit and ice. When the smoothies were put into cups, there was too much smoothie to the ratio of smoothie and cup. So, lots of wasting. I ate the pretzel cos -hungry- so nasty. I should've asked for another and toasted it at home. Anyway, the smoothies were tasty. Otherwise lots of things that could be worked on. -ex jamba associate 2023.

As soon as it slipped I was distraught thinking smoothie would be everywhere and I would have no more smoothie. THE LID STAYED ON. #jambaforever

I was trying to see if they had some non dairy options since I wanted a bowl with a waffle and was curious to know if they didn’t use the yogurt or coconut cream since it has so much sugar what other option she had. She was so disrespectful and rude and was responding as if she didn’t want to be there or I had done something wrong. Out of all my days going to Jamba Juice this was just terrible and this wasn’t the first time. The other time I let it go because I thought maybe she was having a rough morning but today was just terrible. Anyways I enjoyed the dragon fruit and açaí combo that they lady who served me recommended
