  Its McDonald's. But the staff is friendly and they usually get ny order correct the first try lol

  First time leaving a review after many visits. My family and I will stop going to this location in Rathdrum because although the service is nice the order always comes in with an error. Why do they mess up Everytime. The only consistency there is that you can expect an error with your order. We learned the hard way.

  How are you in line? Nobody else. Is there somebody pulls up 2 minutes after you? And they get waited on first I don't understand it like, do you have incompetent people working there.

  Have forgotten an item three of the last three times I have went there. Used to be pretty reliable, but lately they have been really horrible. I also went there at 10:35 a.m. to get a breakfast promotional item. On their website it says that they serve breakfast till 11:00 a.m. they told me that they stop making the breakfast items at 10:30 and serve it till they run out, well I don't know how they sold out of it in just 5 minutes. If they say that they serve it till 11:00 a.m. they should make it to 11:00 a.m..ir just shortly before 11am.

  I went to McDonald’s tonight. We were told to pull around to get our order, which I have done many times time. This time we waited for around awhile then a young lady came out the the wrong order then went back in to get our a pen and paper to retake out order but I had my receipt. I gave it to her and waited again. I finally got our order 30 minutes total got home just to find out that we didn’t get one of the cheese burger out of our 2 cheeseburger meal. When I called the young man was not helpful at all . He just said it is there policy to just credit me the burger on the next week .i have let some stuff slide. I would really like to know your policy. I feel I should have been reimbursed the the 2 cheeseburger meal. I did ask for the whole order back just the one meal. I ordered at 5:26 and received it at5:55 .
