  this is by far the worst taco bell ive ever been to. the employees are always rude. the food always sucks. just ordered a box with chips and cheese and they give me shredded cheese in a cup. like what. what is going on at this store. how on earth are they in business. also 9/10 times my food is wrong.

  Horrible service.. one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been too. Some of the comments of customers waiting; OMG! I could have made it myself by now… Another - never again here. Time 6:15p no drive through line… online orders and customers waiting for take out inside…. This place needs a manager bad!!

  I was at the Pointe Parkway location on 8/16/2026 & the service was terrible. It took them over 30 minutes to make my order which was only 2 items. I was in there so long my mom came in to see what was taking so long. I made a comment to her, in the parking lot, about how slow they were & a lady in the parking lot, who is always there said to me " what's your problem you f'n b ***h". When I said "what's your problem" back to her & she replied back " get the f off the property you f"n hoe. I will never go back there ever again
