  Was a very fun old fashioned drive up restaurant. Gabby was a lot of fun and the food was excellent. The milkshake was excellent!!!

  Ordered an original sonic smasher and they put the wrong sauces on it. Ketchup and mustard instead of the sauce the burger is supposed to come with. We also placed this order online with a 3 minute ready for pickup got there and persisted to wait 15 minutes for something that was made wrong and late

  Good experience but I have a deeper than normal voice and they could not hear me over the intercom

  I came by about 1:15 06/25/26 and ordered a 4 piece mozzarella sticks and a small coke. After getting to the window to pay, I was repeated back my order and total and the girl helping me said a medium drink and I told her it was actually a small, so she says “ok, let me fix that for you”. Then comes back and says the total again which was exactly the same as the first time she said it so I pay and am expecting her to hand me a receipt like they always do. She hands me all of my things without a receipt so I ask for one before I go. Then I look it over and bring to her attention that she charged me for a medium drink and gave me a small. So she once again says she’s going to fix it. Another girl comes to help her and after a couple of minutes the second girl (which I assume was management) comes to the window and tells me they refunded the full amount but that I’d have to pay again. I asked if it would immediately be refunded (because I can’t afford to pay twice if it’s not) and she tells me if it’s not already in my account it may take a couple of days. I explain that I can’t afford to pay twice and she gets upset with me and after going back and forth a couple of times she tells me I can “just go” and I say thank you and proceed to pull out and she then says “have a day”. Sorry but I work in customer service and this is not how you treat someone you just overcharged.

  We are sitting in our car trying to eat this disgusting meal, fries reheated many time, coke watered down and my double cheeseburger was little chunks of overcooked hamburger You should be ashamed
