  I’ve been a loyal customer from day one. Since the store opened. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon which is extra because of the bacon, but then they give me one slice of bacon. I also ordered a caramel sundae and they failed to give me a spoon. They have also failed to give me a straw for my drink in the past.

  How hard is it to understand what no cheese means? I repeated it twice when I ordered a quarter pound burger with NO CHEESE, when I paid, No CHEESE, when I received my food and the worker said did you order a quarter pounder with cheese? I said no, I ordered a quarter pounder WITHOUT CHEESE, she laughed and said oh right, and handed me my order at drive thru. So I get home and am looking forward to my burger and guess what? My burger has CHEESE on it. Really?

  The absolute worst fast food establishment in our area.EVERYTIME I've gone here to get food the food is always wrong. The only reason I go to this place is because it is on my way home from work and a block away from my house.. but due to the fact that every time I go to the food is wrong I'm just going to go to the Old McDonald's over on seltice. The other day I went there I ordered food I told them specifically what I wanted. I was told to go sit in the parking lot they brought out my drinks and told me to have a good day.. I reminded them I still had a bunch of food that needed to come out. I received my food and it was completely wrong. I went back in and told them what was wrong got a new bag of food.. and the second bag of food was made completely wrong just like the first bag of food. I don't leave their window anymore unless I completely check every item in the bag. My daughter went and got a Happy meal there was no toy in the box... There was no nuggets... It didn't give her her drink.. there was literally just an empty toy box and a fry in there? I don't understand why fast food places only hire teenagers/children? Mean I understand no it all really wants to work at McDonald's but there is adults that do work at McDonald's locations but this specific place only has children.. entitled teenagers that don't care about doing their job at all 🤷🏽‍♀️ based on the fact this location only has a two-star rating and the other review I would say other people say the exact same thing and think the exact same way

  Super weird. Is this the McDonald's of the future? I sure hope not. No menu on the wall, only kiosks. And out of our order, there were many mistakes. However, the staff's responsiveness is the only reason I'm giving an extra start. They were awesome. Just hate the not personal feel. Might as well order from your phone.

  The employee with red curly hair was rude during my pickup. Before handing me the order, I overheard her tell a coworker, “It’s a shit show.” Then she called out, “DoorDash Aaron.” I politely clarified that I was picking up for Karter, and she responded, “Yeah, that’s what this is,” in a dismissive tone. The interaction felt unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome.
