  Picture speaks for itself lol also why the chocolate ice cream machine ALWAYS BROKEN. My favorite though is when they tell me after I pay so I still waste my money 🤪

  It is hard to rate this place. First and most importantly, the staff is probably the best of any at any McDonald's I have been to. They are aware of who is who and who ordered what. Even ordering from my phone without ever going to the counter resulted in my order being brought to me while I was sitting at a table waiting for an announcement. And the staff is always smiling and appreciative of my presence - and it feels genuine! I have been there a few times and the service is the same every time. Great job!! And if you are going through drive-through or take-out, it is a great place to go to. But if you are eating in, the story changes a little. This is a mini-McDonald's and has only a few tables. Too many times I have been there and there is no place to sit except at the "singles" table (not my style). Other times, the place was so crowded (a good sign), that I could not even squeeze into the place (a bus-load of students). Another time, a staff member was mopping the floor (10 AM) - proper signage, etc., but that mop hitting the floor with each push was throwing up clouds of moisture ladden grim and germs that I did not want to land on my food (again, in a very small room). I had to pack up my half-eaten meal and leave. Mixed blessings...

  I went around 1in the morning and a female manager who helped me seemed very irritated and didn't have very good customer service skills, my food was great and everyone else who helped me was veyr helpful

  They almost always get the order wrong, and they take half an hour or more to deliver orders to the pickup, even with a completely empty drive thru and building. Just yesterday i waited almost an hour in the parking lot for pickup, only to find there was only one kid in there working by himself and being run ragged while the other employees did nothing or weren’t there. That is not on him. That is a product of terrible management, and treating your employees like that is absolutely shameful.

  Always filthy inside and never ever fast. This is a brand new restaurant. I ordered ahead and every time we wait 20-30 minutes. McDonald’s is a sad sad place now.
