  I pulled up to use one of my coupons and try one of your newest energy drinks. I explained to the lady at the intercom that my McDonald's app which I use frequently froze at the speaker. The code that I wanted to use was not loading once I got to the window, it started to work once I tried to use my code. It told me that it was invalid because I had already started using it or try to use it. I tried to explain this to the lady and the manager, and they both looked at me rudely telling me there was nothing that they could do. I asked them do you not make sure that your customers are taken care of and she said I don't know To purchase anything from this McDonald's and I drove away thanks for the bad customer service and always making sure that your customers are taken care of. Funny thing is is as soon as I drove away allowed me to update my code and it finally gave me a new one. I was trying to explain this to the lady, but she seemed like she just didn't care. Maybe you should work on your customer service. I wonder what happened to that I feel like all of it has gone out the window.

  24hr drive through, more of a minimal self serve location. They really want you to order on the app or kiosks inside small dining area, no menu boards on wall, typically no cashier unless you try hard to get someone's attention. Dining room only open until 11pm.

  They were out of ranch when all I wanted was a 10 piece nugget so instead I clearly asked for honey mustard and they gave me honey, and the cherry on top is that the honey packet was broken and there was honey all over my nugget box, phenomenal effort on they’re end to be honest, and the lady at the speaker was very rude.

  Sincerely the best McDonald’s I’ve been to, really impressive service and attitude from young staff.. the sort of experience that restores hope!

  Went thru the drive thru and received the worst customer service. The fries were cold and soggy so I politely addressed it to the lady at the window who then was rude about getting another and aslo when I said we were missing one sause she rolled her eyes and no joke literally handed me 8 sauses just to be beyond rude. I'm shocked. I really hope your manager let's you go because no one should be treated like that.
