This place is pretty dirty. We couldn't eat inside and left because it was so disgusting. Every table was dirty. Garbage cans were full. About 30 flies flying all over and throw up on the floor. We were told how dirty this place was, but it's the first time we have experienced it.

I submitted a breakfast order at 10:28am and they REFUSED to make me my food. Just because you feel like being lazy today doesn’t mean you can decide who gets breakfast and who doesn’t. Get off your McButt and make your customers orders that they PAID for.

this location is disgusting, specifically Amber. She was so nasty to my sister whenever my sister‘s been coming in sick so she could make her shifts and not have anybody else have to cover them on such late notice when she felt so awful and kept having coughing attacks and couldn’t breathe, had to go to the back and get some water so she literally wouldn’t DIE, and she gives her the nastiest look, asks her what was going on and that she couldn’t “abandon post” and that the customer was always first, literally while my sister was choking and that she couldn’t get a drink herself, that she had to ask for someone to do it when literally nobody ever responds to my sister when she talks on headset or asks for help. that is so messed and disgusting that she’s literally telling my sister that the customers always first, so my sister will literally choke and die because the customer is first? Like are you actually serious right now. The customer is not first whenever your health is on the line. if she literally cannot do her job because she could not speak and was literally choking, and that’s how she treated her. And this is not the only instance that she’s been nasty and given my sister a horrible looks. She is a grown woman acting like that to an 18-year-old girl. The situation is absolutely unacceptable. she was coughing so hard that she literally had tears streaming down her face. she expected the her my sister to wait up and drive-through until someone brought her water, when she doesn’t even know when that will be, because like I said, nobody ever responds to her request, and she could not even speak or do her job like I said. she couldn’t even function. while she knows that my sister is sick and cannot speak that her voice is literally gone right now, she put her on drive-through. That is not how jobs work where you put them on a situation where you cannot fulfill your duties, because of what you’re going through. even customers were asking her why she was on drive-through and felt bad for her when they heard her voice and saw how she was treated. she had her on drive-through while my sister could barely speak, making her voice an condition even worse, and she could not come to a volume where customers could even understand her. this is not normal. this manager needs to be fired. she will take this whole company down with her because employees will not deal with that. i’m making sure that my sister will never be coming back there. She will not be giving her two weeks, thankfully we have enough money where she does not need this job because she got this for our trip that we are going on but in the case, that a person actually needs his money and is treated that way this is unacceptable. she is very lucky that she has the money that she does, but that’s not the instance for everybody else. She is the most empathetic cold manager. she brought my sister to literal tears because of how she spoke to her, that is not what you do in a work environment. bullying is not acceptable when you are literally trying to do your job. And she was already sick on top of that. she is way better than me because I would’ve seriously freaked out on her and walked straight out. do better amber. ur disgusting. the way you made my sister feel is absolutely not okay. you should be ashamed of yourself.
