I work all over the Spokane Coeur d'Alene area this Dutch bros cannot get the drinks right. The people are nice but they don't listen. Even if you correct them as they read back or put it into the tablet. If you say dub shot your almost for sure getting an Americano.

Normally we love this spot, so I'm not doing 1 star. Everyone is normally super friendly, fast service, and everything tastes great. Today was a weird experience. The girl working was talking with the lady in front of us for 10-15 minutes. She kept glancing at the line, but continued talking. I assumed the lady had a large order that a different worker was making. I was wrong. She got one water. I was surprised to not get a quick 'sorry for the wait' or something similar. I worked in fast food for years, so I understand having a longer interaction with a friend than a regular customer... but that was just too much 😭

The line was long so I went to the window. Took a minute to be greeted and have my order taken but they looked busy enough that I didnt complain. I asked about stickers and they were out and the last to get them so I guess 8am is too late for a sticker. Ordered my drink and then a kid behind me ordered 3, then another guy got one, and lastly another guy ordered a single drink. I waited like 10 minutes and the kid behind me with 3 drinks got his order... annoying but ok. Then the last guy in line gets his order and me and the other guy are now pissed. I leaned in and asked what the heck and they weren't even started on my drink and asked me what it was. I had to leave, they made me late to work. The other guy left too. So now I've paid for a drink WITH a $2 tip and had to leave without a drink or a refund because they all looked like deer in headlights when I asked where my drink was. What a disaster. There were FOUR people in there and only one girl was making any drinks. The guy who took my order was restocking powders. Maybe hire an adult? I would love to find out how I should go about getting my money back.

Associates spent 10 minutes petting dogs in front of us, glancing back but clearly in no hurry to serve guests at a DRIVE-THRU COFFEE STAND, intended for FAST SERVICE. Guy who the helped us gave us ā€œfake attitudeā€ (saying ā€œI guessā€ and ā€œsureā€ while we ordered), and did not WASH HIS HANDS before making our drinks after touching two dogs. We then went back around due to order being made incorrectly despite being ordered as we wanted, and were met with a passive aggressive ā€œOh… guess I didn’t hear it.ā€ No accountability or self-awareness due to gossiping and meandering. Drinks are okay, but don’t count on good customer service.
