  I order here almost every other day at least 2-3 times a week. I did the math and in the last month I’ve spent over $400 here. The food is good when it’s done right, but the past two times I’ve went my food was wrong. I understand mistakes are made, and mistakes wouldn’t deter me from coming back if the customer service was good. The time before last I called and asked for my pizza to be remade because I order a lot of cheese and didn’t get it. Guy on the phone was condescending and said it was in fact extra cheese I just couldn’t see it because the topping cheese. Again I order from here multiple times a week, I can tell by the “height” of the cheese when you look at it from the side if all the layers of cheese I paid for are there or not. I had also asked for it to be well done and the pizza was floppy and a normal amount of cooked. Instead of him just saying bring the old pizza and we’ll remake it for you, sorry about that I was told to bring it and he would “look at it”. He then hung up on me after I said thank you. I ended up not going back because he made me upset. The cherry on top was when I went yesterday and they accidentally put pineapple on my pizza. Mistakes are fine by me, but then I was told it was gonna be 30 minutes before they made my pizza correctly. I’ve worked in the food industry at multiple places, including pizza places, and incorrect orders are prioritized when a mistake has been made. The woman had me check the pizza before I left the drive thru and it looked fine. Went home and had to peel the pizza off of the bottom of the box and the box was a mess. That tells me they gave me the middle finger and could care less about my patronage. Been going there for months, unfortunately will not be going again. Picture below is the pizza I couldn’t manage to scrape off of the bottom of the box.

  Employees are rude. Food is awful. Parking is terrible. Tried to park in there lot and some lady yelled at me thru the drive thru that I cannot park there because it was dominos only. I was just going to meet my friends who parked in the oval office lot so we could in to dominos together. I will never go here again and we are now eating at the office.

  2 out of 3 of my pizzas were messed up! I called on 4/4 and the lady told me she took our name down and to call when we were ready to place out replacement. I called today and the manager was RUDE! Saying she didn’t have anything ASSUMED it was under my phone number because she said “we have caller id” I told her it wasn’t and she was arguing with me! I called corporate and the bbb as well! Don’t waste your money here! The manager will just call you a liar. I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF OUR PIZZAS THAT WAS MESSED UP
