  I feel bad contributing to the multitude of poor reviews but I genuinely believe this is the most poorly ran Chipotle I have ever been to. You can tell by the demeanor of the employees that they’re exhausted and overrun. The lack of team communication is visible and honestly each time I’ve gone, watching the dysfunction makes me feel like an audience member who is in a live televised program that I never wanted to be a part of. “Need chicken on the line” “Low on rice” and no one listens or responds. Then when finally the chicken (or whatever else) is all out on the line, the employees in the back state “nobody told me” or they just pretend to not listen at all. I feel bad for the line employees more than anyone. Meanwhile there’s a multitude of employees running around in the background seemingly not getting anything done. The cashiers are nice when they’re not being belittled by management/team leads in front of customers. My heart goes out to the Chipotle front workers. I think the store needs a management turnaround.

  This was my first time to a chipotle and the experience was horrendous. Workers acted high and looked at me look I was stupid for looking at the options. Food was okay but they were out of almost everything while the workers stood around doing nothing. Bad experience for a first time and not spending my money there ever again.

  Worst service of all time I ordered 50 minutes before they closed and got half a bowl with half beef and half chicken when I just ordered chicken ask for guacamole didn’t get any obviously missing half my bowl on top of that went back inside and they didn’t fix my order and just gave me a side of guacamole and they were out of everything. Got a burrito too same story, small burrito, chicken and beef missing half of everything will never be eating here again.

  Worst and slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. These people are super bratty and unresponsive. SUPER SLOW MOVEMENT. It's wild to me it's still in business. Corporate should've gotten involved a long time ago. People, please, contact corporate through calling or their online forum!! This place will improve with better management. The manager(s) on 6/22/2026 at 10:00PM-10:35PM was absolutely incompetent/lazy. She did not care a bit nor help the team. If you order online, expect it to take 30 minutes to an hour+ because they will complete the in-line orders continuously before touching the online orders. The lady manager ordered food for herself in the line and flirted with the male staff, slowing down everything. Then waltzed back off to never never land with her food. Absolutely disgusting behavior. The whole team. The dudes working there flirted with allll, every single, young girl in the line, being SUPER SLOW. Like some sick weird garbage uncomfortable nonsense. They're losing customers, and losing money with this behavior.

  It's like management doesn't even exist here. Incredibly unsanitary. Look at my reviews. They are all great on Google. That shows how gross this place is. I'm contacting corporate. We visited around 8:00 p.m. on June 21st. The windows were covered in dirty handprints not just on the door, but layers of handprints everywhere. But the real issue was the food prep area.🤢 There wasn’t a single customer inside, yet the entire service line was a mess, toppings scattered everywhere, far worse than I’ve ever seen at any Chipotle. I get that it’s fast food and not perfect. A stray pepper that falls while they’re making a taco doesn’t bother me. This, however, was absolutely disgusting. As we approached the counter, a worker coughed directly over the food. That was the final straw. We turned around and left without ordering. This location was incredibly unsanitary tonight. We’ve eaten here many times and live right up the road, so it’s disappointing to see it in that condition.
