Please listen to customers request especially when I was more than happy to pay more

We are disappointed every time we come in. They are always out of something, the employees clearly don’t communicate or work as a team, the entire space is absolutely disgusting with how dirty it is. The owner should be absolutely ashamed with the lack of service, dirty environment, and how poorly ran this place is. Safe yourself the time, money, and go elsewhere

The prep stations were filthy like there was no cleaning happening in between tasks. There were crumbs on every counter including the register, and all the dining tables were visibly dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in between customers. The floors were nasty looking and even the bathroom was not cleaned. The rice in our bowls was crunchy and undercooked. None of our food seemed hot at all. The chips were chewy like they were undercooked or stale. We just stopped eating and left. It was awful. Never going again and gonna alert the health department it looks really gross hope we don’t get diarrhea from the little bit we ate.

Scraping the bottom of the rice containers, one protein to choose from, super small portions, empty lemonades, dirty tables, trash overflowing. Half the staff not even interacting with customers with no sense of urgency about anything. Hopefully the cda location opening soon is better, we never want to come back here.
