  I get all the negative reviews. It’s not the best chipotle. But I’ve personally never had an overwhelmingly “bad” experience here. I always order online and I’ve gone to this location 20+ times. I get the bowl for better value and wrap it in Copow tortillas at home. Last night our order was about 5 minutes late so the server doubled our steak and upgraded the guac to large. The food was excellent even if portion sizes are definitely down and prices are up. But that’s just the economy these days.

  Rude employee. After my wife started ordering her dinner, it became apparent that they we pretty much out of everything.. It was 9pm and they close at 11pm. She then asked me if we should leave and I said yes and we started to walk away the employee YELLED at my wife about having worked for 5 hours. Poor thing. Welcome to life buddy.. Men work. Suck it up

  Worst chipotle you’ve ever been to. I live close. Literally every time I’ve been here they are out of (and this is not exaggerating) at least four ingredients. Usually one rice (they produce two options) 2 proteins (they usually have 4-6) and one topping ( all cold ingredients that require minimum prep time) this location is mismanaged and run by high schoolers or graduates with minimal restaurant experience. Maybe ownership should pay someone who actually knows how to run a high volume restaurant a proper salary seeing as this location is always busy but seems to have no leadership.

  Found out they gave me the wrong mobile order after getting home. Drove back and picked up the "correct" order that was not made properly. I didn't want to check to make sure my order was made right the second time, cause I was sure they would get it right. Nope. It was made wrong. I love Chipotle but I won't be going to this location again.

  Went here for the first time and the restaurant was disgusting. I'm sad I didn't have my phone in me to take pictures. There was food, garbage and liquid on the floors and tables. It literally looked like it wasn't cleaned all day. They had Tabasco bottles open and sauce on some tables, juice on the counter by the drink station. So unbelievably disgusting. Cafe Rio is Way better and basically has the same food with a few more options. I will never go here again!
