  Was in there tonight, didn’t get talked to at all while ordering just looked at. The one blonde boy with pony tail really hates his job. There is literally no communication skills with any of them. The one dicing up the chicken was taking pieces and eating them, They had nothing in stock which it’s not like it was late. Every time we’ve gone in it’s slowly sucking more and more. The employees are horrible, the place is gross and it’s like it’s a hassle to them that they have customers they have to serve.

  The food is good but they didnt have steak ready, or the fajitas veggies, waited for them to make it, the cook wonders around like he's lost, put the meat on the grill, slow pokes and then leaves the kitchen for almost 5minutes. Terrible service for sure. Ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for my bowl to be ready. The cook has no sense of urgency at all.. Come on Chipotle step up your game.

  The service was super slow. I'm guessing that it was because there were too many inexperienced employees. There were quite a few people working. They ran out of Brown & white rice. The other ingredients were bottom of the pan & dried out. My husband & I always order exactly the same things. My meal was considerably larger than my husband's meal. My father in law had the same experience. He was unhappy with the experience & the food. I hope the issue gets identified & rectified soon, as we generally love the food. We ordered Chipotle when we lived in Las Vegas for several years & loved it.

  Had to wait in line for about 50 minutes we were promised 5 PM and we didn’t get our order till 545 PM Staff was not very kind they didn’t come inform us and when I had went up, they kept side eyeing me and I did not appreciate that. There was also a huge line that was almost out the building and the workers did not look like they had a sense of urgency at all. Also, when we finally got our food, the food was cold and portion sizes were not up to standard. Will never be visiting this chipotle again. If I could give a zero star, I honestly would.

  Terribly slow service. I watched 4 employees socializing with 2 other employees that were getting off work. And I ordered online to pick my food up at 5pm. I showed up at approximately 5:02pm. I went straight up to the counter to tell them I'm here. They said "he's still working on it." It is currently 5:12pm and still no food. One employee updated me just now. She had a hard time explaining to me they're waiting on chicken to be cooked and asked if I don't mind waiting. I don't really have a choice but to wait. We already paid. I said that to her. She said "they've been busy all day." So why aren't they cooking more chicken than usual? It's dinner time right now... They're working so slow. They seem to have no sense of urgency to take care of customer orders. They could have offered me something while I wait. They could have offered me a better explanation at the least! Now it's 5:18pm. I just got my food. They handed me my food and started to walk away and I asked where my drink was. (Why did I have to ask?) They told me they are "out of carbonation." And started to walk away. I've had enough...I said I want my money back. I've never EVER said this in my entire life! They promptly got the manager and she asked the employee what was wrong. He said they're out of carbonation. This was the first she'd heard this info. She said "oh no! " I said I'm sorry I've been waiting a while for this and i just want my money back. She didn't seem to understand me and just looked at me. Then she asked me if I want something else to drink instead. No. I want my money back. At this point she was looking at me like a deer in headlights. And I just said I've been waiting a long time I don't care anymore. So she handed me a coke. I understand it's busy. I have worked in food service for years. But this was unacceptable service. I ordered online so I could show up at a scheduled time. They could have told me they didn't have my drink. Or could have told me when I got there that they are behind on chicken. I wasn't informed in a timely manner of any of this. This is our first time at this Chipotle. We will NOT be returning to this location. ...Continued: Got home with our food. We ordered 2 burrito bowls. My beef barbacoa was cold and swimming in sour cream (i did not ask for extra sour cream). I did order light rice...I feel like the put LESS than a tablespoon of rice. My mother said hers food was okay, but not as warm as she'd expect from them just cooking the chicken. We live 2 minutes away from this Chipotle so there's no way it would be so cold.
