The worst Taco Bell that I’ve ever been to. I have been to the busiest taco bell in the middle of Arizona State University on a Saturday night surrounded by Freshman and it’s still better than this. The portions they gave me were super small and awful and we placed our to-go orders ahead and they made us loop around, park, and wait 30 more minutes. So what is the point of placing an online order ahead? Will never be coming back :)
Best,
an unloyal costumer

Worst taco bell i have ever seen i have been here waiting for 20 minutes for 2 burritos. They have 7 people here working. What a bunch of clowns. It's not that hard to to pump out burritos at taco bell. They all need to be fired and find people that actually can do the job

One star. I went to my car to get my phone as the order was taking a long time. The mgr Casey watched me walk out then locked me out. I placed my order online. I wasn’t trying to place an order, I wasn’t new in the lobby. It’s not even 9 pm. Also they checked other people in and skipped me. I waited over 15 mins on a mobile order. Preston is the only person in Taco Bell that’s a good employee. Ps updating this. People who can in after got their order before I even got mine started

Working drive thru at midnight must really suck. There was one car behind me. I get to the drive thru window when my hubby asks for 2 tacos. Ugh. I’ve never asked for something at the window after ordering. I felt awkward asking. But it doesn’t hurt to ask… oh it does!! The man taking the orders replied “seriously?!” And proceeded to lecture me on how drive thrus work. How corporate hates it when they take window orders. How I should get back in line and order again.
If a business has a way of operating, keep it simple. Tell the truth and hold your boundaries. I wouldn’t have gotten mad. I’d have driven around the building and ordered again, no problem. It was his assumption that I may take it badly, so he made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor by allowing me to order 2 tacos at the window. But having to listen to his condescending over-explanation, and even say “next time ask your husband what he wants BEFORE you order”. Really, this guy was the rudest passive aggressive man I’ve ever met in north Idaho drive thru. It made my food taste bad. Just ick. Ordered 6/13 12:00am.

1-Star Review – Extremely Frustrating Recurring Issue
I’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Bell (476930 Hwy 95 N, Ponderay) for a while, but I’m done dealing with this. No matter how many times I specifically order non-vegan items and say “no vegan, no plant-based, regular meat and cheese,” they still give me the vegan/vegetarian version.
This has happened multiple times, both when ordering at the counter/drive-thru and through the kiosk. I’ve repeated “no vegan” three, four, even five times and still get handed the wrong food. It’s not a one-time mistake — it feels constant now.
I don’t care about anyone’s dietary choices, but when I pay for a specific order and clearly reject the plant-based option, I expect it to be respected. The service feels lazy and careless. This location needs better training so employees actually listen and check orders properly instead of defaulting to vegan items.
Until this stops happening consistently, I won’t be coming back. Very disappointed.
