  It's taco bell. It's fine. But the "is extra sour cream okay? Is extra beef okay? Etc" is annoying. If i wanted extra id say it. 50,000 questions to order a taco is dumb.

  Younger girl with the purple hair was very rude didn't greet me and then proceeded to stick her head out the window and yell for her mom who was outside. When I got my food everything had fallen out of the wrapper and all the fries were in the bottom of the bag like it had been carelessly thrown in there.

  I ordered a Luxe Box that comes with 3 items; 1 of them had sour cream automatically. I was asked at the window “is sour cream ok?” I assumed that was for the item that already had it. When I said yes the employee proceeded to add sour cream to every item I had ordered. I caught on after I was asked “is extra meat ok?” What terrible intentionally confusing phrasing. Go to the other Taco Bell folks! Don’t support this predatory location.

  Been coming to this exact Bell for a very long time now. It used to be consistently amazing up until around one year ago. I don’t know what changed, but orders here will usually be messed up or outright disgusting. My latest order I picked up, I opened up my bag after around 10 minutes only to see that every single item is soaked/damp. The tacos were a mush glued to the wrappers and tasted filthy. If ordering through the app or drive through, expect to grab your own sauce or ask them again, because it will be forgotten. Skip this Bell, hit the other one deeper in town for a more consistent yummy experience.
