  The girl at the window was such a delight, super friendly and overall really nice and was quick with all of our drinks she said her name was kairi if I remember correctly but she was just an absolute sweetheart and even answered all of our questions and was super nice and didn't rush us at all if I could of give her service ten stars!

  This drive through has definitely improved their service as of late! I was pleasantly surprised when I came through the drive today. The lady working the window, Kairee, made the experience a delight. She was incredibly nice and walked me through the unending amount of questions I had 😂. Definitely gonna be returning!!

  The district manager only know how to just yell at people. He is really just mean and when talking to him he will snap at you immediately. He doesn’t teach you, he will call you stupid. I love everybody that works there. Except the district manager. He really ruins the face of the company. Even when talking to customers there is an attitude you can clearly hear and it ruins the customer experience… thanks Brent.

  The district manger of this place is horrible he is short tempered and treats his employees awful he screams from open too close and cuss from open too close he is inappropriate and unprofessional all the other shift leads and the assistance manger are amazing and super kind but unfortunately it can be one person that ruins the whole deal

  We have been going here forever how the staff no longer seem trained. We get dirty diet cokes which are supposed to have fresh lime juice. Instead the staff is using lime syrup for the slushies which makes the drinks undrinkable. This is the fourth time this has happened. Combine that with unreal wait times (15 minutes for two drinks) and it is not worth the hassle or waste of money on undrinkable beverages. Please work with your staff to correct his.
