  The restaurant itself is reasonably decent food for the price point, but their app is completely garbage. You can’t even use your own points without adding more shit to your order so I definitely will not be giving any more business to this company.

  Footlong coney dog is the best!!!However, your water is not filtered. So when I get a water or a soda, it has an after tast of city water. A filter would make anything made with your water taste so much better!!!

  They prioritize the drive through over ordering on the app. Always end up waiting twice as long. Don’t waste your time here.

  This has gotta be the worst sonic on the entire face of the planet. We pulled into a Mobile order stall with 4 drinks & a large tot & I watched them clear 2 cars in the stalls beside us (one of which got there AFTER us) & then at least 3 cars in the drive thru. We finally decided to get out of the car & go to one of the stalls where you order & the guy that answered sounded like he did NOT want to be there or serve anyone or anything & told me he’d be with me in just a moment & then I waited for a little while til finally we decided to go thru the drive thru where they continued to take their sweet time & go slower than ever. We ordered coffee from a shop around town in anticipation that we’d have our order in a few mins when the time said it was SUPPOSED to be done & we waited for over 20 mins for something that was SUPPOSED to take 4 mins! Our coffee had been ready for over 30 Minutes! This is UNACCEPTABLE! If I could give this sonic a zero star review that’s exactly what it’d get. I’ve come across maybe 2 people that have been friendly but most of them are so rude & unhappy & unwilling to serve anyone or anything. We probably will NOT be going back to this sonic again.

  The girl at the window was such a delight, super friendly and overall really nice and was quick with all of our drinks she said her name was kairi if I remember correctly but she was just an absolute sweetheart and even answered all of our questions and was super nice and didn't rush us at all if I could of give her service ten stars!
