  we stopped by tonight to pick up two pizzas and a bread stick, no issues you’d think. they told us it’d be done about 10-15 minutes perfect! we were there for an hour no communication doordash deliveries going out when trying to ask a question was then ignored. not to mention the kitchen doesn’t wear gloves🤢

  Pretty frustrating that there is an option online to have it ready by a certain time so you can order in advance and have fresh pizza. But when the employees make it and leave it out on the counter for over and hour early and I get cold pizza.

  Love these guys, great food, great customer service, personable and friendly staff. What else is there, it's chain takeout pizza, and they do it very well.

  I was disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John’s. We ordered the Toy Story pizza but did not receive it. When I went into the store to ask about the order, I waited several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope there can be improvements in both order accuracy and customer service.
