  Super disappointed in the service, Jimmy John’s is supposed to be freaky fast. This was the freaky slowest order I have ever had done and there was literally no line. They also did not get my order right and I had to re-order it multiple times. Update the food also taste horrible. There’s definitely something wrong with it.

  Quick and easy takeout, order was correct and staff were friendly. Food was ready fast. Minor issue with the fountain water but nothing major

  Really good experience overall, staff were welcoming and the order came out quick and correct. Everyone was happy with their food. Small thing but the fountain drink station could use some attention.

  I love the 5th street location so much!!! everyone is always so friendly and quick to hop on my order. My order has never once been messed up, it is always so clean in there, and the workers are always so friendly and make jokes with me. wow I am just so amazed at the loving feeling in me that is stirred awake by their sandwich artistry!!!!
