  Waiting an hour for three sandwiches is a bit much. We only live maybe 10 minutes away and thought delivery would be great! NOT! Should’ve just ordered pizza if it was gonna take forever!

  Stopped here after another sandwich shop was out of all their food. Friendly staff, quick service, clean store. And the food was good as always at Jimmy John's.

  It took an hour and a half to get our order today. And the cucumber salad was gross… Soda had melted ice in it and it was so watered down. Maybe higher more people to deliver your product “freaky fast“ ………

  Im not one to complain about how long something takes i get that most of the time people are busy but if you're going to make someone wait 2 hours for food at least apologize or even offer a free cookie

  Waited an hour for food during an offpeak timeframe in the drive thru, got the order wrong, food was old. I dont think Ive seen linecooks move so slow. Awful
