    Super rude at the window!! Rolled their eyes and were jerks about me asking for an extra straw! Ruined my day! My friend was even so nice to them and they were so hostile and ignored her.

    I have been going to DB since they were just in Oregon and all I can say is leave it to Pocatello to ruin something. This is the worst location I have ever been to and I've been to a lot of them. They never have drinks ready when I order ahead to pick up, it's always well past the "estimated time" even though people who ordered after I got there get their drinks before me. You think I don't notice that? But I always get told "sorry about that wait". BS. Today my husband tried to be nice and bring me a coffee at work. He doesn't drink coffee or understand the fru fru drinks. He ordered a large iced white coffee annihilator and got some sort of MEDIUM something with caramel and it's brown not white. So here I am at work without a drink. You'll be remaking it when I get off work and then I doubt I'll be back. I'll just go to our local coffee shops and support them because I don't get this "service" from them. I will maybe visit other locations when I travel but that will just depend on how I feel at this point. I'm really disappointed in this location but like I said, leave it to Pocatello.

    I love Dutch but I swear they are super stingy with the drink toppings and when I point it out it’s like they try to argue that a dime sized scoop is okay and want me to pay more. I pay $8 for a drink the least they can do is make it look like the drink advertised. Happens every time

    The crew is amazing but…I don’t know what is going on, over the last 3 weeks my golden eagle has tasted horrible! Idk if they aren’t cleaning the espresso machine daily or what. I quit going because my drink has been so bad the last few weeks. Decided to give it a try again today….nope! Won’t be back until this is fixed. Am I the only one that thinks this????
