So happy we have a Chipotle. Our food was delicious. The staff was amazing. The manager (Henry) was awesome! Super up beat and was making sure the restaurant was running at a high level. Couldn’t be happier. Will be coming back a very soon👏👏👏

My girlfriend and I went to Chipotle for the first time. For our two meals and drinks with no chips we were charged $48.50. We were shocked for a fast food chain. We didn't get a receipt as we were on our way home we looked up our exact oder online and it came to $32. On top of over paying the food was meh at best! Even if we didn't over pay, the food still wasn't worth $32. There are better Mexican grills that are locally owned that has better food and is reasonably priced. I can safely say we will not be going back and we don't see it lasting like the previous Chipotle in pocatello.

We went in for the first time and ordered meals for my BF and I. We got charged $48.50. I was a bit shocked cuz I knew Chipotle was more expensive but almost 50$ for 2 people at a fast food place was way more than I expected to pay. We didnt get a receipt, and I went online to the website and put in the same order with all the same specifications. It only came out to 35.83. I would LOVE to know what cost us another 13.00. We'll be sticking to to Costa Vida, this was BS. I dont even think it tastes better than places like Costa Vida. Insaine.

I placed an online order hoping to have an option for no cilantro since I’m allergic. I ended up trying to call, but the customer service line was no help (which is typically the outcome). I sent my husband to pick up the food hopeful he could get there before it was made. He let them know my allergy and the manager was so kind and understanding! They remade my burrito with no extra charges and made this experience amazing, typically food establishments don’t have cilantro free options and will not make a separate batch to accommodate. The managers and employees are phenomenal!

We have always been a huge Chipotle fans, so my son was genuinely excited to finally try the new Pocatello location. Unfortunately, his experience was absolutely disgusting. He ordered a chicken bowl for takeout. When he got home and removed the lid, he found an enormous fly sitting in the sour cream. Thankfully, he saw it before taking a bite, but the sight of a fly buried in his food was enough to ruin everyone’s appetite completely. I called the local restaurant, and was routed to a call center in a foreign country. They would not allow me to speak to management but offered a solution of a replacement meal. That response completely misses the point. After finding a fly in his bowl, the last thing we want is another bowl from the restaurant. I cannot simply erase the image of a fly swimming in the sour cream and confidently place another order. This was not a minor mistake or a disappointing meal. It was a serious food sanitation failure that has left us questioning the cleanliness and food handling practices at this location. We went from being excited that Pocatello finally had a Chipotle to wondering whether we will ever be able to eat at any Chipotle again. An offered replacement does not adequately address something this revolting. Management should be investigating how this happened and ensuring that no other customer has the same experience. DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED
