- JJJennikaJun 25, 20261.0My husband and I went in there and when we received our order I wasn't aware that it was only 3 sauces per order and I expressed to them that I didn't know and apologized for that because I don't go in there often and the women that told us was originally the employee but then the supervisor I believe jumped in and told us it was only 3 sauce and if you want more you need to pay 50 cents. I was fine that she explained it to us but it was rude the way she told us and seemed like she was annoyed with us because we asked for more than 3 sauses, but we didn't realize or know it was only that amount per order. We were about to leave but then my husband told me "oh wait, they forgot to give me my shake." So we asked "hey sorry about this but we are missing our Coca-Cola float." And the supervisor there told the employee "I got this" and gave us the regular size cup for our float and didn't even fill it up all the way it was half way or less. Felt disrespected as a person but most importantly as a customer. Won't be going back.

I asked them what if some is allergic to one of the ingredients and their response was order something else then. Extremely disappointed and I hope the franchisee sees this and changes their policy at this location. I really enjoy the spicy southwest salad but ask that tomatoes, peppers and corn and beans be removed, I also order an additional spicy filet. So I ordered nothing. I did however order my kids grilled nuggets and a chicken sandwich and the pickles were the absolute smallest I’ve EVER seen on a sandwich. This location will not be getting my money again. I’ll drive 45+ minutes one way to get a salad that I want or not get one.
