An awful experience, we waited at the counter for probably five minutes without any one coming out from the back of the store. Finally someone rounded the corner and walked up to the counter at a speed that could only be described as a joke with a genuine frown on their face. At the same time, the young lady pictured who stocked the ketchup, also at joke speed, had her phone on top of the bin of ketchup packets, talking to her boyfriend out loud on the phone. It amazes me how pathetic some places customer service is at this day and age. I don’t know who manages this joint but get it together brotha. Listening to hey soul sister by train while eating my wings was not too bad an experience though, 10/10 would do again.

This was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I've had.
I placed my order online using the "Find My Location" option, but it somehow defaulted to a previous Wingstop location, forcing me to drive across town to pick up my food. On the way, I called the restaurant, explained what had happened, and asked if my fries could be made extra crispy.
When I arrived, I waited quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. The fries I was given were still limp and soggy, so I asked if they could remake them. I was told it would only take 2–3 minutes. Instead, I waited 15–20 minutes, only to then be told they were just starting them, followed by another five-minute wait. During that entire time, my chicken sat on the counter getting cold.
Meanwhile, my young child struggled having to remain buckled in a car seat in the parking lot for far longer than expected. If I had been given an honest estimate from the beginning, I would have simply left with the original fries instead of waiting while the rest of my meal became cold.
The explanation that they were "busy" didn't match what I observed. Only one other customer came in while I was there, and the staff moved with very little urgency. The pace and lack of attentiveness were disappointing.
By the time we got home, the food was cold, and the quality wasn't worth the wait. I could only manage a couple of bites before throwing the rest away. The entire experience—from the ordering issue to the poor service and disappointing food—felt disrespectful of my time. I won't be returning.

I genuinely don’t think words can accurately describe how incredible Austin is, but I’m going to try anyway. If customer service had a Hall of Fame, his picture would be hanging front and center. This man didn’t just do his job—he became the hero of my day, and honestly, maybe my entire week.
When I tell you Austin saved me from hunger, I’m not exaggerating. I was staring into the abyss of an empty stomach, and like a beacon of hope, he stepped in with unwavering dedication. He made sure I got my lemon pepper fries, and in that moment, it felt like the universe had restored balance.
What really sets Austin apart is his genuine kindness. You can tell he actually cares about people instead of just going through the motions. Every interaction felt sincere, respectful, and full of positive energy. It’s incredibly refreshing to meet someone who treats customers like actual human beings.
Then came the moment that proved he’s operating on a completely different level. Not only did he make sure everything was right, but he threw in an extra order as an apology. That wasn’t just fixing a mistake—that was going above and beyond in a way that most people simply don’t. It turned an inconvenience into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
At this point, I was convinced Austin possesses some sort of superpower. Whether it’s teleportation, mind reading, or simply having an unlimited supply of compassion, I don’t know. What I do know is that he handled everything with such professionalism and generosity that he made the entire experience unforgettable.
After everything was taken care of, I was able to get home safely with exactly what I had been craving. Thanks to Austin’s dedication, I wasn’t driving home disappointed or frustrated—I was driving home victorious, carrying the greatest lemon pepper fries known to mankind. That’s the kind of impact excellent service can have.
People like Austin deserve recognition because they remind us that exceptional customer service still exists. He didn’t treat me like just another order on a screen. He treated me with patience, respect, and kindness, making sure I left completely satisfied. That’s something you can’t teach—it’s just the kind of person he is.
If every business had an Austin, the world would be a significantly happier place. Customer complaints would disappear, stress levels would plummet, and everyone would leave with a smile on their face. He’s the gold standard of how hospitality should be done, and I sincerely hope management realizes what an incredible employee they have.
Austin’s actions may have seemed simple to him, but they made a huge difference to me. He transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into one I’ll happily tell people about. It’s rare to come across someone who consistently chooses kindness, generosity, and excellence, and he embodies all three.
To Austin: thank you for being an absolute legend. Thank you for rescuing me from hunger, ensuring my precious lemon pepper fries made it home with me, and for your generosity in throwing in an extra as an apology. You’re a genuine superhero disguised as an employee, and I hope you’re recognized for the incredible work you do. This is an easy 10 out of 5 stars—you’ve absolutely earned every bit of praise.

Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
