  me and my boyfriend door dashed some wings and 2 out of our 3 ranch’s were broken and curdled, the one that wasn’t broken was perfectly fine, really disappointed especially when you have to pay so much extra for more.

  I accidentally did the wrong location and the email states if its the wrong location to call the store. I did and they said they would issue a refund but it will take almost a month. Like what!! 27 days to be exact. Make sure you have the right location. Sadly, I always order from the 12th Ave location (which has been a while) so I didnt think it would change in the website but it did Update: the manager was very sweet when I called and did correct the estimated time frame. She said it won't take that long. I really appreciate her professionalism and willing to correct and apologize.

  We ordered the $20 for 20 for each of us and 4 extra ranches which were $2 each, we waited over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered when we got quoted 35-50 minutes. Once the food arrived we had no ranch dressing that we paid extra for. I proceeded to call after our food was delivered and the girl working said I did not order ranch and became very rude over the phones, she finally agreed to refund me then proceeded to hang up on me after she told me to “hold on we’re busy.” I called the next morning as they opened and spoke to the stores “GM” she offered to give me a refund for the ranch that was missing and give us in store credit for the rest of my order and an extra $25 for the hassle. It has now been over a week and no refund and I spoke to another “GM” today who claims she talked to no one that day about any issues. She had me text the receipt to her and it had my order number on it, she said her “Manager” could not find anything in the stores receipts with my name and date and said I was giving the wrong date. We have taken action with corporate and I highly do not recommend this location, they insinuated to many times we did not order something, they did then proceeded to tell me I was giving the wrong date on the receipt. Horrible customer service from the employees and so called General Manager!
