  This place is absolutely terrible. It was my drink stop before work because I work at the hospital and I work long shifts The last five or six times I went it is insanely slow. They get the drink order wrong or charge the wrong price . I went today and ordered a drink and something off the value menu and the lady literally could not find the button so I could not even place my order she’s trying for about 5 to 10 minutes and I had to get to work so I had to leave. She basically said I know it’s on the sign, but I don’t have the button and I just was so dumbfounded. I didn’t even know what to say. This place is really going downhill and it’s a shame because their food and drinks are pretty good. Their service is absolute trash. Day prior to this, I went and only got a flavored water and got charged five dollars because she didn’t know the menu. My advice is to train your employees on the menu before turning them loose. Super frustrating .
