  Went to get some shakes after a concert. We were still backed up at the speaker and an employee came out and grabbed our payment, then brought us our treats so we could be on our way. Don't see this very often and it was appreciated.

  Useless service. Called 2 hours in advance for a burger and onion rings to be ready at noon. Came on my lunch break and waited in the stall for 15 minutes and had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. Never got my food because they can't do the bare minimum of making it and serving it in time.

  Terrible. We were told 20 to 40 minute wait on food, seen mutilple cars leaving. This place is losing money due to long wait times and horrible customer service.
