  We made 2 orders and they were bolth wrong I got a hamburger with everything on it and they forgot the patty we got tots and it was half full of frys with 2 tots on top won't go back

  Pretty sure I just got Salmonella from the chicken. I have been bedridden after getting their 7 dollar meal. I only ate the chicken before I started to throw up. I have been throwing up since yesterday. For my safety, I will not return

  Love the ice t, just dont ask the staff anything lol been asking several about the app they have and how the points are scanned when I pay in cash and no one knows anything about the app, you would think they would be trained on it. Instead I get told with a deer in the headlights look"sorry I dont know how the app works"

  Came to pick up an order, was told the stalls were closed and to go to drive thru, waited behind one person at speaker for almost 20 mins. This is ridiculous especially when you have an order to deliver in a certain time frame. Had to wait at drive thru window for and additional 20 mins just for order.

  Placed my order as usual in the drive thru. I was the 2nd car in line and pulled forward, paid and waited 15-20 minutes. Finally got the order, buns were ice cold, like they took them right from the fridge. Got the wrong shake, told me it was Carmel (which I ordered) and they gave me a peanut butter! It's a good thing I'm not allergic. I got no info about my order, they didn't have me pull forward, nothing. There were LOTS of cars behind me that were only getting drinks. The employees took the drinks to those and they had to go around me. WHY did they NOT explain? Will Not be going back and will not recommend this Sonic in Nampa, Idaho
