Look... If I'm ordering two "Wacky Packs" or whatever you call them for two 5 year old twins who are very specific about things... Maybe don't hand me two apple juice boxes without straws... I checked the order for accuracy like a normal person, what's in the bags. If I'm paying $11 for two kids meals which basically involve 2 crappy nuggets that are cold (they don't care) but advertised as tenders and very very small, tots that are whatever your warmer holds for too long (I care, they don't) just get the one thing right you need to. I had to cut two apple juices open with scissors and pour them into cups which is CERTAINLY NOT what two 5 year olds want because whoever grabbed them and whoever served them just didn't care enough to see. Do I sound like a pretentious person? Perhaps.... But some kids who are set on a juice box want to drink it out of a juice box. They don't care about the overcooked way too small 2 chicken nuggets (advertised as tenders) or that you got both of the sauces wrong because Dad had BBQ and Ranch.... But they certainly cared about not having their juice box. Simple stuff guys. Fix it.

On May 2, 2026, I ordered two Fritos chili cheese wraps. They were the smallest I have ever received so I asked that they be remade. The wraps I received tasted like chemicals, and now I'm in the hospital on May 3, 2026, after finding blood in my stool. Buyer beware, do not eat at this location. I will be contacting Sonic's corporate offices!

One of the best sonics i've ever been to in my entire life. The food was hot, there was cooked. The perfection and the friendly people are great. My car hop Lance was especially courteous, very nice guy I hope he gets a raise.
I will never come here again. The staff obviously can't read an order off the computer. Always missing something off our order, won't answer the phone when you try to get the order correct. Corporate ignores your complaints or worst yet promise to reimburse you with a credit that they never send and they steal any rewards points you may have. Not worth it for average at best food.

I have postponed leaving a review, however I went to go order on the app and all my points have disappeared.
Also the corn dogs were supposed to be .99 cents yet showed up to cost more than 2 dollars each, (almost 3).
They also started making our orders wrong, or gave us the wrong order entirely, and repeatedly.
Twice I called to report wrong orders and no body answered my call; so I sent a message through their customer service department, one was a twenty dollar loss on our part, which they only offered a ten dollar gift card, and in the end I never received it.
Get your act together Sonic or you're going to loose more customers besides me and my family.
