  We love QDOBA! I was so happy when they opened back up in Nampa in the new location. We go there often and my husband even does work meetings there all the time! We are very happy with this location.

  Tried not only this location for the first time but Qdoba for the first time. The customer service was non existent. No friendliness, no smiles barely acknowledged my order. The food is so not worth the money. Rice was hard, steak was dry and overcooked. They didn't even roll my actual burrito. I will not be eating here again.

  It’s been months and the AC is still broken and very hot inside. The workers don’t even know how to make the meals in the photos. I asked for that name of that bowl and she said it’s “build your own”

  First time trying it out at this location. Horrible experience with the clueless manager and the not following up manager Jordan. I went back to the store and had to take care of it myself. Jordan never followed up on the two messages I had left. Food was nasty and dry and not hot. I went in today to get my refund and the clueless manager couldn’t take care of it. I had to keep asking for my refund, she was on the phone with someone speaking Spanish her assuming I didn’t understand nor spoke it. I finally got my refund and confronted her about the threats she was telling the other person on the phone. I told her in Spanish that she can keep her horrible food and attitude. There’s plenty of other places to enjoy great customer service and hot and fresh food.

  Andrea was very sweet and attentive to my order. She greeted me the second I walked in with a warm smile and made my bowl beautifully. She was patient and continuously with me despite me being very indecisive on my order. The store was very clean and smelled amazing, even though there was no one else in the lobby everyone found something to do whether it was making an online or cleaning something. Love this place!!
