    Hard to tell atmosphere, being an outside only service. But the staff on pm shift Aug. 27th is off the hook. I ran a few JJs for many years before Jimmy sold. So I know how it should be! Nailed it. Will be returning.

    If Jimmy Johns is selling certain sandwiches for $5.99 and I ask for a sandwich that falls into that category, why am I being charged full price? Because I didn't state to charge me $5.99 when the cashier dang well knows the 8" pepe is running $5.99. Cashier apparently cant do anything to fix the price and neither can the manager because he/she is too busy on the phone to be bothered. I only have 30 minutes for a lunch break. I cant just sit waiting for someone to fix their mistake so I can pay for my food and leave. First time I came here the guy at the window was rude, second time here and now this. I just won't come back. Ill take my money elsewhere. In an economy that is crumbling, retaining customers is key.

    This is the third time in a row I've ordered the #13 which comes with Bacon, ham, provolone, pickles and mustard, and I've received 0 cheese each time. The order gets read back correctly and still somehow gets messed up each time. Jimmy John's is great but save yourself some frustration drive to a different location this one isn't worth your time.

    I ordered through the drive thru with 4 cars ahead. Once I got to the widow I waited for 15 mins with no Hello, No it'll be a few minutes, nothing!! I ended up leaving without my order as did the person behind me! Worst drive thru service I have ever received!!

    We love this Jimmy Johns! They always have our sandwich ready when we arrive. The manager and staff are always friendly and on top of things.
