  They need a much larger sign. Lots of people are missing out on the best juice and pretzels in the world!

  Madison was one of the rudest people that I’ve come into contact with lately, I’d 100% skip this place. If you are the owner - the girl working at 10:30 on 7/30/26 - receipt says Madison is definitely running off customers. I asked her which flavor of smoothie the orange one was and instead of answering she told me to read the label and she had people waiting. She spoke rudely and was ingeniously. She didn’t give me a receipt, I went in to get one and she was even ruder. If you are the owner I’d highly suggest replacing this employee as there are too many places to go and even though the product is good I’ll drive out of my way to go somewhere else and I’ll happily pay more to have reasonable service. This was our first time here and we took less than two minutes to place our order. When inside she said we took a really long time and the lady behind us yelled at her because we took so long. It’s hard to find decent staff but it’s harder to find repeat customers with staff like that

  The smoothies are always top notch! But the service was so bad I had to give 1/5 across the board. My husband and I arrived at 8:20, and it’s now 8:56 and we’re just now getting our order. They messed up my husbands order too. We LOVE TSC, but the service at this location is pitiful! The owner should hire more employees. The gals were so sweet and so kind, so I’m literally basing my comments on management and ownership! It would be nice to make the drive thru a faster process. At this point my smoothie cost $20 in the gas I just wasted sitting in the drive thru haha!

  The juice was great as always but the staff was rude and didn’t even want to do their job, I had a gift card and the card reader was messed up but in stead of typing in the number on the card she just said “must be no money on the card” I know for a fact that the card has money on it because I call the customer service number and they ran the number and said it had money in it. This is not the first time I have had problems with the service, and the only way I can think to describe it is that they really don’t want to do their job that they are PAID to do.
