  I hope this message reaches the amazing crew who helped me the other day. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. I came through your drive-thru having one of the hardest days I’ve had in a long time. I was crying, overwhelmed, and honestly just trying to get through the day. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Giving me my drink for free may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant so much to me in that moment. It reminded me that there are still genuinely caring people in the world. Thank you for your compassion, your generosity, and for making a really difficult day just a little bit easier. I’ll never forget it, and I’m so grateful for the kindness your team showed me.   I swung by this lively drive-thru coffee stand early in the morning to get a quick caffeine boost, and the experience completely brightened my day. The employee taking orders outside was incredibly energetic and friendly, helping me navigate their massive menu of flavored coffees and energy drinks with plenty of great suggestions. I ended up getting a sweet iced coffee blend that tasted absolutely amazing and gave me the perfect jolt of energy for my morning drive. Despite a pretty long line of cars wrapped around the building, the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine to get everyone served super fast, making it the ultimate stop for a delicious beverage on the go.

  I pulled up to this Dutch Bros Coffee location and the vibe was absolutely incredible. The line moved super fast, and the workers at the window were bursting with energy and so friendly that they instantly put a huge smile on my face. My iced blended coffee drink was packed with flavor, perfectly sweet, and gave me the best energy boost for my drive. It is easily one of my favorite stops because the amazing customer service and delicious drinks never fail to brighten up my day.

  I get that is busy and all, I’m not gonna be that guy, I’m not trying too, but like, cmon, there is a whole bunch of ice chunks in my smoothie, i understand the speed and maybe rushing the order out but I did pay like, 20 bucks for two large drinks, I gave a 25% tip, I always do, I used to be in the fast food business so I know how it is, I don’t want anyone to get harped at or anything, just ya few extra seconds in the blender, (or whatever is used, idk) would have solved it, ykwim? Anywho, have a great day guys :)

  I haven't been to this location in almost 2 years and I gotta say this is probably the worst service I've ever received. First off, no one was paying attention to the line and managing the traffic which for some odd reason one of the employees was skipping cars and taking orders from the end of the line?? In what way does that make sense...2 our order didn't get taken till we got to the window and when we got there, we were mistaken for someone else's order. (Kind of annoying but whatever) After I get my order taken and had it read back to me, it still wasn't what we asked for, so we asked for management and the manager that was running the place approached us about our complaint confrontational and never apologized about our order getting skipped. At all the dutch locations I've been to, I've never had to roll down my window to signal that I'm trying to order. Instead of taking accountability, the manager pushed the blame on me for not getting my order taken. Another thing I've noticed is how chatty the employees are with each other during rush times. I feel like a lot of unhappy customers could be avoided if the employees weren't distracted with flirting with each other. (Or with other customers) This place definitely needs a change in management is all I can say to wrap up this lengthy review. Have a good day :)
