Ive been having a really tough time in life recently and i was up all night and needed a pick me up i went through the drive through line in need of a drink money ready and all Maddie from this location noticed i had crutches in my car since i recently broke my leg. She covered my drink and gave top notch service she needs some recognition this is really unheard of now a days the kindness i was shown made a huge impact on me. I will be back to this location for sure! The ladys at the register were also so kind i never would have thought the kindness i endured would have came through a dutch bros line Thank You!

My last few experiences here haven’t been good. Every time ive gotten mediocre service and haven’t tipped they seem to forget the whip cream that I request on all my drinks. Not once, not twice, but 3 times in a row. Doesn’t seem like a coincidence at this point and it looks like Scooters is my new coffee shop.

I miss the people that worked here and were actually happy to be here. Lately it’s just a bunch of people who clearly want to be elsewhere and still have the nerve to ask if I want to leave a tip. Not so much. The drinks have gone downhill too. I could swear that the last time I came, they forgot to put espresso in my drink. They constantly mess up my son’s drink which is annoying because he gets to come once a week. At this rate, might switch to scooters even though it’s further away. It’s also interesting how when you choose not to leave a tip, they have an attitude about it. Tips are optional, not a must. Whether it’s $1.00 or more, you’re not entitled to any additional money just because you think so. Good attitudes and correct drinks = more money. Bad attitudes and drink accuracy being in the 🗑️? Not so much

Typical Dutch Bros - hot babes, good coffee, long lines that move quick.
