    I can’t say enough about this location. I’ve been a Dutch loyalist forever! Carl leads an awesome crew and he’s such a good dude. He’s always seeing how my life is going and I really appreciate his attention to detail. Bella always does an amazing job making my drink to perfection. So much so that she’s taught all of her trainees to make it her way and I feel very valued and appreciated. Senna brightens my day every time I see her. Her bubbly nature always leaves me smiling and laughing! Ashton is hilarious and he does an amazing job! Alma is such a sweet person and gives amazing service! Taylor always comes to the window to say hello and (with the theme) makes me feel so welcome! I’m glad Sam is moving to Chicago however. I feel like the entire state will benefit from his absence. His entire face gives me the creeps. I feel like his mustache has a name and he talks to it in the morning to pump himself up. In all seriousness, I’m joking. He’s so good and I love giving him a hard time. I have the receipts to prove it. He will do very well and he will be missed! These people have become my friends over the years and I couldn’t ask for a better place to start my day. Make more locations like this one!!

    Arrived to pick up an order I placed through the app. A taller gentleman with dark curly hair and glasses came out and I told him what I was there for. I also asked him if I was still getting the 50 bonus points in the app or if he had to scan something and I was told “I have no idea” when I asked if he could verify or find out I was told “I have no idea, that’s corporate stuff and we’re a franchise, that’s separate from us.” He had zero interest in helping and it just seemed like I was wasting his time. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a “coffee shop”. When you spend $20 for two medium drinks and get treated like garbage, you go elsewhere. This franchise just lost a customer and anyone else I talk to will hear about the “stellar” service.

    Everytime I order a mangonada rebel they skimp on the toppings and then want to charge extra for the same thing as other locations. Very frustrating and I think I'll skip it from now on.
