I tried contacting Chipotle about it and their chat bot told me to contact Uber and then closed my case. The food came from here, not Uber. The problem is this location, not Uber. If you order online they give you five small chicken cubes because you can’t say anything about it, I feel scammed.

We pulled up to the window after we received a notification saying the food was ready and he looked at the current orders, misreading the name mind you, and told us that our order wasn't there and didn't even bother to take a second look. Once we did get the food the rice in my burrito bowl wasn't fully cooked, many of the pieces were too hard to chew. And both burrito bowls were already cold right out the window. The only reason the food got 2 stars instead of 1 was the healthy portion of barbacoa I had gotten even though it wasn't properly shredded. All together I wasn't impressed with my visit and will be going elsewhere in the future.

Even if those bad reviews were the case at one point, I was expecting the worst…I was very impressed by the employees preparing my food. I was greeted with a warm welcome. The food was fresh and presented nicely. I say that because a lot of times they just SLOP on the toppings. The restaurant was one of the cleanest Chipotles I’ve experienced. It appears the management took the bad reviews to heart and made drastic changes from what I experienced tonight.

They really don't like to give a respectable serving of anything asked to be extra like they pay out of pocket for the ingredients. I will gladly pay the amount but please when we say extra we mean extra not half extra. Also I got one cup of hot sauce for 4 bowls. Your job is not hard to do I worked in the food industry before. Do better happy valley Chipotle
