- DMDiana Mercado5 days ago1.0I placed my order online specifically so my food would be ready as soon as I arrived at the drive\-thru\. When I got there, there were two cars ahead of me\. Once it was my turn, I was completely ignored\. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, no “I’ll be right with you,” and no update whatsoever regarding my order\. While I was waiting, the employee took the orders of at least three cars that were clearly behind me before finally deciding to address me\. When she did, her attitude was extremely unfriendly and dismissive, which made an already frustrating experience even worse\. Unfortunately, the food itself was just as disappointing\. My sandwich was barely lukewarm, and the hash browns were already soggy and clearly appeared to be from an older batch\. The food was not fresh or enjoyable at all, and I ultimately had to throw the entire order away\. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but completely ignoring a customer who has already placed an order online, serving multiple cars behind them, and then providing cold, poor\-quality food is unacceptable\. I would expect much better customer service and food quality, especially when ordering ahead

You get what you pay for, the food quality is consistent, and even though there isn't a ton of options, they are all so good. Plus the fresh lemonade/frozen lemonade is always a game changer.
