The couple pieces of waffle I did eat, aside from the afore mentioned soggy mess, were absolutely flavorless! Their soggy made the breading on the chicken soggy. I ended up just eating the meat, scraping off the breading. Definitely overpriced for that mess.

But the absolute least you can expect is for the person working the register to know how to operate the POS system. My experience checking out was incredibly frustrating. I wanted to pay with cash and waited in line specifically for the register that accepts both cash and card. I’m aware there is also a card-only register, so I intentionally waited for the appropriate one. When it was finally my turn, Lizzy seemed completely unfamiliar with the system and struggled to process a cash payment. After waiting all that time, I ultimately had to pay with my card because the cash transaction apparently couldn’t be completed. The issue isn’t that I had to use a card. It’s the unnecessary inconvenience and the amount of time wasted because a basic cash payment couldn’t be processed. It was honestly hard to believe that this was the level of training at the front register. Employees at the register are the face of the establishment. Please make sure they are properly trained and comfortable processing both cash and card payments. This entire experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.
