  My friend and I just walked out of this Arby’s and let me tell you, it was the best experience. We are big Arby’s fans, which has led to some controversies in life, but nonetheless we have stayed loyal. Upon entering, we immediately got our order taken, and weren’t even done filling our drinks before our meals were ready for us. After sitting down, we started talking about how much we love Arby’s, admiring the cleanliness of the facility and the overall welcoming atmosphere. We even looked up the closest Arby’s to the concert venue we are going to in a few weeks. Then, I kid you not, our song, I’m Every Woman sung by Chaka Kahan, started playing during our conversation. Immediate chills. I would relive this experience a thousand times. Thank you Arby’s for giving us hope before we have to go to work today. 5 stars all around!

  Beware if you order on DoorDash. All I ordered was a French dip and they forgot the most important part of the meal. The au jus sauce. How is it a French dip with no dip? Clearly they don’t care and I will never be ordering from this location again.

  The store on 12th is always out of every and the staff there are grumpy, rude, and loud, so we drove to this one across town. The lady who took out order walks over from the side coughing hard all over into her hands and then takes the order and grabs/handles cups. Are you kidding me?! The building was hot, I mean hot and miserable, no air movement. The whole reason for driving across town was to hopefully get what we can never get at the 12th location, but guess what?! Out of most things! The fries were burnt to a crisp. The sliced beef was extremely rubbery. My husband's chicken sandwich was sour. How is a chicken sandwich sour?! I'm pretty much done with Arby's at this point.

  10:45am, Paid $30 based on their window advertisement "Angus Steak Philly's" ordered two philly meals, went to the restroom, no toilet paper, washed my hands, out of paper towels (no blower either) got our drink cups, no ice. They filled the ice; Dr pepper was empty. I go to get condiments, bags are sucked dry. get our food, so much "cheese" that our hands were a hot cheesy mess. trying to stay positive, we started eating the said sandwich and it was awful. We threw everything in the trash, let them know the night crew needs to restock not the opening crew and went to IN-IN-Out, less than $13 bucks and brilliant. I only leave this review for the franchise owner to get with the program because everything they are working for needs immediate attention.

  The Gyro with Arby's regular roast beef, lettuce and gyro sauce is delicious!
