  I ordered online ahead of time, and unfortunately the payment portal glitched, resulting in being charged twice for my meal ($26.98 each). I didn’t see it until I arrived to the restaurant, which meant I couldn’t cancel it anymore. Mason, the GM, said I would be able to come back and get a lunch any time to cover the extra cost since I wouldn’t be able to get a refund. Kind of sucks it has to be that way, but I’m very glad Mason was willing to do that for me. Very nice guy and definitely seems like a good manager to have on staff. Food was delicious, by the way.

  The GM of this location was the best! He made this the best experience I have had an a Taco Bell simply because of him. I never got his name unfortunately but if your reading this buddy, THANK YOU!

  they constantly forget to put a fork, and they especially “forget” when i specifically ask for one…great customer service 🫥

  Forgot multiple drinks that we paid extra for on our order had a lot of attitude when trying to fix the situation and lied to us

  My co-worker and I were stranded and needed to get to a city about an hour away. Went in here and the staff started giving helpful suggestions. Another customer overheard us and offered to take us where we needed to go. So not only are the employees looking out for you, but the other customers are too!
