  Night Shift service was horrible. I was standing around like an idiot for 10 minutes while everyone was listening to music and talking. Can’t answer the first question didn’t have the opportunity to dine in or out. Can’t answer the second question because they didn’t attend me. As a matter of fact I cant answer any of them

  They gave me a really hard time about my online order and then blamed me because their maxhine didn't pick up part of my order. I USUALLY get great service here. So I'm really puzzled about the aggressive attitude.

  Horrible location i ordered from the app cause im out of town and my teenagers wanted McDonald's when my son got there they said they had no food for him cause it's timed out on my online banking app it shows the transaction when I called the lady pretty much said its been happening and there's nothing she could do I felt very upset about this situation as well im in customer service I would of offered contact info to figure out the situation offer food for the in convenience something but she did none of that I will not spend another penny at McDonalds

  Seem to frequently leave out entire items with delivery orders. Sure makes the order way more expensive when they charge you for missing items. You might want to go somewhere else. I will.

  This is my first time complaining about food is not the taste but the order I received. I decided to order the new promotion which is the “Big Arch Meal” i was excited to get it in a Curbside with my partner. Didn’t check what’s inside the Mcdonald paper bag cuz I’m too confident and trusted the crew. When I arrived home 30mins away from the store so disappointed on what i saw, what i get is cheeseburger and nuggets which is I didn’t order. My appetite and excitement gone like a kid that my food is stolen from me. May this take an action for like me I pay nicely and accurately. Picture for evidence below⬇️
