    Although Dutch is not my favorite when it comes to drinks, they’re usually overly sweet and sugary. However, I do appreciate that they are open late and that is why I usually go there. The barista’s are a little over the top and overly excited to see humans. I guess that is great customer service but they could tone it down a bit.

    I’ve been to many Dutch Bros locations, and the employees are usually very kind and welcoming. At checkout, you’re given the option to leave a tip. I chose to leave a smaller tip because the drinks are already pretty expensive. After that, the woman working the drive-thru window became noticeably rude. She handed me my straw, and when I said, “Thank you,” she responded with, “Yeah, bye,” in a very rude and irritated tone. I wish I had gotten her name because I don’t think it’s acceptable for an employee to treat customers that way—especially when I still chose to leave a tip. As we drove away, her coworker looked at her oin disbelief because of how rude the interaction was, and we even noticed the employee laughing afterward. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience genuinely shocked me. I’ve been to so many Dutch Bros locations and have always had positive experiences, which made this interaction even more disappointing.

    Annoying that they come to your car window without a menu like everyone knows what they want at Dutch bros. Ordered a Carmel latte that tasted like a weak coffee with little flavor and they handed me a hot coffee in a paper cup with no sleeve. Had to scrounge up napkins to be able to drink it. Not impressed at all. Should’ve got a coffee at the convenience store.
