- MMMadelyn3 days ago2.0I’ve been to many Dutch Bros locations, and the employees are usually very kind and welcoming. At checkout, you’re given the option to leave a tip. I chose to leave a smaller tip because the drinks are already pretty expensive. After that, the woman working the drive-thru window became noticeably rude. She handed me my straw, and when I said, “Thank you,” she responded with, “Yeah, bye,” in a very rude and irritated tone. I wish I had gotten her name because I don’t think it’s acceptable for an employee to treat customers that way—especially when I still chose to leave a tip. As we drove away, her coworker looked at her oin disbelief because of how rude the interaction was, and we even noticed the employee laughing afterward. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience genuinely shocked me. I’ve been to so many Dutch Bros locations and have always had positive experiences, which made this interaction even more disappointing.

Ordered a Carmel latte that tasted like a weak coffee with little flavor and they handed me a hot coffee in a paper cup with no sleeve. Had to scrounge up napkins to be able to drink it. Not impressed at all. Should’ve got a coffee at the convenience store.

The staff was clearly irritated and didn’t want to be there, as after I ordered immediately started complaining about how there were cars in the drive thru and “hadn’t counted the till” and “people are going to keep pulling up.” While the window was still open, they continued to complain about people driving up as I awkwardly waited for my drink. I understand people coming right before close is frustrating, but I had come with ample time, and they gave no regard for the customers in the window and lacked all customer service skills. It was just a bummer, because they clearly wanted to make it know that me being there was burdensome even though they were still open 🤷♀️

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
