  We originally ordered a Grandma pizza from Wooster’s for delivery, and unfortunately, the experience was pretty bad. Not because of the pizza itself, but because of the delivery. The DoorDash driver confirmed our pickup, but then waited at the restaurant for a second customer’s order that wasn’t ready yet. By the time our pizza was delivered, it had gone cold. We contacted Wooster’s about what happened, and this is where the experience completely changed. The owner, Mike, personally reached out to us, refunded our entire order, and even offered to replace the pizza. That level of involvement from an owner immediately stood out to us. Then, on Monday the 7th, we decided to drive to Wooster’s ourselves. We were greeted by John, the store manager. When we explained what had happened with our previous order, he immediately said, “No problem, we’ll take care of you!” And he did. I wanted to take the time to write this review because, in our experience traveling between New Jersey, Idaho, and Texas, we simply do not encounter many business owners who engage with their customers the way Mike did. Then, to walk into the restaurant and have a store manager provide that same exceptional level of customer service without even having to reach out to the owner first was amazing. We all expect great food when we go out to eat, but a great restaurant experience is about much more than the food. Wooster’s understands that. Great pizza? Absolutely. What really sets Wooster’s apart, though, is the customer experience. They went above and beyond to make things right, and that is becoming increasingly rare. We are only visiting the Moscow area, but we absolutely plan to eat at Wooster’s again before we leave. If we lived here, this pizzeria would easily be at the top of our list. Great Pizza! Yes! Unmatched Customer Experience? Absolutely. Bravo, Wooster’s!

  Delicious pizza. Better to call in your order then pay a service fee using the website. Owner reached out to me and explained everything. Very good customer service, highly recommend.

  5 stars for Wooster’s Pizzeria! We showed up with half of our football team with only about 10 minutes’ notice, and they were amazing about accommodating all of us. The customer service was great, and the pizzas came out quickly, fresh, hot, and delicious! Definitely recommend Wooster’s, and we’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town! 🍕🏈

  Absolutely fabulous pizza and pricing. Staff is happy, clean place, clean bathroom. The Sinatra is one of my all time favorite slices. I cannot recommend enough a quick stop by.
