    Pretty smash burger. With it was fries rather than tater tots. That was an unpleasant surprise m.

    They were so slow. We hit the button to order and it took forever the guy to come out and tell us someone would be right with us. When another guy finally came out to order he took ONE order and then disappeared. We ended up ordering online because he wouldn't come back up. After all the waiting one of our burgers was made incorrectly. Just a frustrating experience there.

    Whoever the shift manager is on 3/02/2026 at approximately 9:30 am, should go thru some more customer service training! Telling someone to use their “big boy words” since HE messed up an order, is disrespectful at all costs. Not only that, but slamming a window in a customers face after customer saying that he ordered a large drink, not a medium, and the completely wrong drink, as it is his fault and getting mad at customer for showing the receipt of a “LARGE” drink. Maybe be a “big boy” and get a “big boy” job instead of being a shift manager at a local fast food restaurant would change your attitude!! & then locking all the doors so no customers can get in? Will definitely be reaching out to corporate. I’m not sure if an attitude like that will ever get you a big boy job but maybe that’s why your a shift manager at your local sonic as a grown man.. 😂😂

    First visit 50% of what I tried to order was out of stock. Both visits had longer wait times just to order. Burger had way to much drizzle on it. Don't know if that was do to dirty grill or just over cooking. You can taste the oil on the chicken. I also got wrong side.
