  Left food with zero stars. The burger was way over salted and burnt. I couldn't take 2 bites. I spit them both out! Terrible burger

  This is my favorite Sonic. I only have 4 stars for service because the ordering screens microphone is messed up where it's hard to order from it on stall #5.

  Went inside because my husband and I wanted to sit and eat together rather than our cars (traveling separately for a trip). There was someone inside already, and a gal worker came out fairly quick to order his bags of ice. But then she didnt acknowledge us at all and disappeared to the back. We waited a couple minutes then hit the big button to order, and I thought I saw the same gal look up like she saw us and was coming back out, but no such luck. After waiting for about 5-8 minutes with still no sign of someone coming, we finally left and had to go through the drive through to get our food. The kicker was, there was literally nobody waiting for food. No cars in a stall, no car in drive through, the patio screen is broken.. and I saw the two boys who were working just sipping their drinks and looking around for something to do.. Not sure if the front order button is broken inside, or the kids here don't know how to juggle multiple ways of people ordering. Only plus side, once we finally got our food, it was hot and fresh.

  I have a friend with a British accent. The server had an abysmal time hearing her over the speaker (she is clear and eloquent and speaks with reasonable volume). Thanks bruv.

  This location likes to break the law! They will charge you extra instead of what's listed on the menu price. This is illegal due to the Idaho Consumer Protection Act. I made my order and choose a option so I can get some extra add ons for a certain price. Instead on honoring their listed menu price, the MANAGER added every add on separately so they can charge me extra. When I called him out on it, he lied straight to my face and told me that's not a real option they offer. An option that's listed ON THEIR menu. (And I know for a fact that they DO offer it because i have gotten that option at this location.) Then the Manager refused to serve me cause I said they dont deserve a tip when they asked for a tip
