  First time eating here and ordered a regular chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries. The regular chicken the breading was soggy and the chicken was borderline cold. The fries was barely warm and soggy. The grilled chicken was cold. Overall horrible first experience.

  Very nice place, like what place still has fresh cut flowers on every table still? The staff Is patient and kind. Always very clean. The food comes out at a more than reasonable time considering how busy they are.

  I've went to Chic-fil-a twice in Spokane and loved the food. It was pretty crowded but it was ok. I expected the same here in the new Moscow location. It was super busy. They must've had a couple events happening in town because it was crowded and noisy. Understandable. Placing our order was good. Sat down in a booth and the benches were not clean, the table looked ok. But compared to other tables it was the cleanest one. The bathroom I used had no more toilet paper but it was a good thing I saw a drop of pee on the toilet seat because I went to grab TP and found none so I went to the sink to grab a couple paper towels. 🫠 Having said that I don't think I'll go back even on a slower weekend because the food didn't taste as good as it did up in Spokane.

  Thanks to the girl who hooked it up with some gift cards, she saved this review! Waited in line for 45 minutes only to have the app cancel our order 20 minutes in. Not really the workers fault but they recognized our frustration with what happened and insisted on us taking some gift cards. Slow line but awesome customer service. With time the place will get faster, what’s important is that they care!
