  I’ve been commuting between Spokane and Moscow since Monday. We didn’t lose our house but many of our neighbors did. While we’re in good spirits, it’s been a tough week and I haven’t had an appetite. Yesterday I pulled into town and decided a chicken bacon and swiss sounded great. The tall gentleman with the beard cover was happy go lucky and nice. My sammie was cold. I almost never complain but god dammit I wanted a hot sammie. He replaced it no questions asked with a freshie. Something about this interaction has been on my mind. It’s people like this guy that can change someone’s day from tough to tolerant. I shook his hand and thanked him before I left. You’re a good egg, Noonan. Owner: He’s valuable, give him a raise.

  The new pulled pork mac cheese bowl is phenomenal. Def doesn't taste like fast food.

  Food and service was great I ordered the Hungry Man; as, I am one. I had leftovers. The bathroom was clean. My friend needs a wheelchair and everything accessible.

  This place is the epitome of excellent customer service! Food and service are always on point! 1 exception is the female manager gets annoyed when folks show up to order 30min before closing-always 1 bad apple but the remaining crew is phenomenal!! Thank you so very much!! Appreciate this store.
