  Always a great place to go, fun and relaxing my only issue with last night was my interaction with a staff member. They seemed unwilling/wanting to serve us. I understand they were definitely tired and we were 20 minutes late at 11:00, but we’re still guest who should be treated the same. We still left a tip just wanting the same experience.

  The crew with Keaton, Junior, and the other morning/afternoon weekday guys & gals has been amazing during the many trips I’ve made. Their awesome service is the reason I just today, bought the Summer Pass, which was over $200. I’ve brought friends, coworkers, and family in because of the way that crew treats people. The evening crew, though? Completely different story. Bad attitudes, worse service, and somehow you pay more for it lol. That’s goofy. After just a couple interactions with them, it honestly made me wish I hadn’t bought the pass. Come before 5 if you want the best that Boise Topgolf has to offer. I won’t make the mistake of coming in the evening again. The 5 stars were earned strictly by the open-to-5 crew. Keep up the great work!

  It’s ok. Staff is friendly but overall it’s an overpriced driving range. Good to do once with gift cards but wouldn’t go back over a driving range or something else based on how expensive it quickly becomes. Especially with having to pay $6 a person for a “lifetime membership.” Games are basically all the same and can be glitchy at times.

  My husband and I had a great time at Top Golf Boise celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary. We had great service. Our attendant was so nice and fun. The food was amazing. And the golf was a blast. We were brought to our spot on time, and everything was clean. All the staff we encountered were great! We can’t wait to come again!

  Been to top golf several times. Food is always decent and the golf itself is fun. Just pretty disappointed with my most recent visit. Had a 3rd party gift card from go-gift card that was available to use at multiple establishments. One of those was top golf. Due to it being 3rd party I made sure to ask an employee at the front desk if we would be able to use it. He assured us that we could. Once it came time to pay, we were informed by our waitress that they attempted to run the card multiple times with no success. We showed them that the card had been successfully activated and had a balance of $100. More than enough to cover our visit. One of the managers came out to help with troubleshooting our gift card issue and that’s where my frustration lies. I witnessed him entering the gift card into the system and can confirm it was not working. Not his fault nor top golf. Still unsure why it wouldn’t. At no point did they offer to compensate us considering we were informed beforehand that this gift card would work. I expected some sort of discount at the very least. At my place of work, I have had multiple instances of coupons not working. Weather that be an issue on our end or the customers end, I always make sure to apply it or at the very least match it to the best of my abilities. Overall, I’m just shocked that we were still asked to pay full price after we were informed by their employee that our gift card could work. Had they said no, we would have turn around and left because it was not in our budget. I don’t see myself coming back again.
